We didn’t receive the check in details and pin entry wasn’t received prior to our check in date. The number to contact the host wasn’t immediately answered and voicemail was not set up, we had a minimal delay in getting in to the property but once I was able to connect with the host he was super responsive and helpful.

Great Place to stay in Peoria

This was a great place to stay while attending Spring Training Baseball games. We loved relaxing out on the patio area. It was great to BarBque and relax in the evening

Milestone Birthday Family Get-Together

Great rental house, suited our needs perfectly. Very clean, easy check-in. Our 20 kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again for future family visits.

Beautiful Home in Peoria, AZ

Fantastic accommodations in a convenient location. The house was clean and spacious with all the amenities as described. Communication with the host was prompt and spot on. We love our time here and would definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood with lots of options for kids.

Clean and bright 4 bedroom house well appointed for entertaining a large family gathering. Owner/host very responsive to questions.

Family trip

Ron's home was wonderful. I was very appreciative of the early check in. The house was exactly as advertised, the children loved it. The games and pools was definitely the highlight.

Spring training

Great house. The teens loved the putting green and the video game machine! Unfortunately the pool was too cold to swim

This pool is not heated and is not advertised as so. I have another pool that is advertised as heated. I do not think this deserved a 4 star since to heat a deep pool takes a gas heater and I do not have access to gas on this home. It is also very expensive to heat a deep pool like this one. I found that once the sun is 85 degrees out in the day time, the pool is great from April till Oct for enjoyment.

Nice home in Peoria

We stayed for five nights. The home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. It had almost everything we needed. The microwave had been taken off the wall and was in the garage, and the grill was almost out of propane. Other than that, it was a good stay. We would stay again.

The size of the house and its location was great for us but the cleaners need to do a better job. We had to wear our shoes in the house because our feet were black if we went barefoot. We loved the pool and putting green. They also need bigger towels.
