Relax in style after a long day of skiing, biking, or swimming in the hot tub or while watching your favorite movie on the 60 inch flat screen TV. You'll then sleep soundly atop one of the two brand NEW King beds ( Jan 2019) , one Queen, two Twins, two sets of bunks, or Queen sofa sleeper located in the bonus room.

Entertain via the fully stocked kitchen while overlooking the vaulted dining and living rooms that include another flat screen TV, Blue Ray player, an MP3/CD stereo player and a rock fireplace to warm up by with those favorite people in your life!

Additional comforts that make Mt. Family staycation

Overall the house is great, the space is great but the house needs some maintenance two of the toilets need new parts to flush or not run constantly. Having the sharc passes was awesome to take the family swimming and the game room was awesome for the kids

Great Location

The house is in a lovely location and has many usable bikes in the garage. The layout and furniture of the home is great. My only criticism is that the bedding (pillows, comforters) are thin and old and there are no beach towels. Also the kitchen is very barren with few usable pots and pans.

Needs deep cleaned and updated!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We tried to make the best of Mt. Hood 12 but all in all we wouldn’t stay here again:/ Pros: 5 bedrooms (w/ 2 masters suites) & game room were nice to have room to spread out. Hot tub was enjoyed by all ages. Good variety of games. Location was good. Lots of bikes/ trailers Cons: the entire home needs deep cleaned! Filthy furniture ( chairs in living room, dining room, barstools) couch in game room has definitely seen better days. Cobwebs, spiders (4 in main floor master bedroom alone !) As we were there for Thanksgiving we made a dinner but definitely could use a better set of pots/pans ( missing lids) there were two hand mixers but only one working. No cheese slicer. Main floor master shower/ bath needs attention, mildew on shower head, space between shower and vanity doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years?!? This could be a nice home for a large group with some time and effort put into updating , cleaning and maintenance!

Spacious but outdated. Cleanness not up to par.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great floorplan with 5 bedrooms and each floor has an ensuite. Equipped with gas grill, foosball table and jacuzzi. It comes with many towels, bikes and plenty SHARC passes. All that being said, the house's cleanness is a concern especially if you care about bath tub, bed sheets, and mouldy blinds. Great memories with family but not a place I would come back.

Family reunion

The property is in a great location, we were able to use the bikes on various walks and bike rides. We really enjoyed the openness of the living room, dinning and kitchen. The only thing was TVs had a a hard time connecting to the internet, which wasn’t terrible because we really wanted to limit tv watching but if you are looking forward to watching movies or a game that my be a problem. Overall it was clean, welcoming and a great experience.

Sunriver Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for our family vacation. The house accommodated us well however the home is dated & the house could use a thorough cleaning especially the floors. We could tell one of the bed’s box spring was broke as soon as we got in the room because the bed was sagging. Management tried to repair it right away but unfortunately broke again as soon as someone sat on the bed so the family in that room just slept on the floor the whole week. Otherwise we enjoyed the location of the house and the daily deer visits!

Family Annual Trip

Our family of 13 stayed here in June. The house was very comfortable for us all. Equipped nicely and location was great. Also very convenient that they had bikes available for the family. The whole family agreed that they would all love to go back

Spacious and nice location

Spent five nights with nine family members. We had plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the trails. Would stay again. The only bummer was it rained instead of snowed.

Perfect for our family!

Great location—close to a SHARC and the Village. Our family loved having a variety of bikes available to use and the SHARC passes! A/C was an added bonus since we had some hot days. When the A/C wasn’t working properly, someone came out quickly to repair, which we appreciated. It was so easy to contact and communicate when the property managers. Thank you for a great house for our family vacation!

Clean home, perfect location. We all had our own space, enough room in the house. Perfect place!

We had an awesome time staying here. Lots of bikes to use, sharc passes, game room. The layout of the home was perfect. There were 10 of us and we all felt there was plenty of room and bathrooms. Definitely would stay again!

Great house for a large family!

Reviewer Comments: We had 4 generations stay in the house for 4 nights for a Spring getaway. Everyone enjoyed the house. The layout was very functional and comfortable. The big windows on the main floor were great for viewing the outdoors and watching the snow fall. The description and pictures were accurate. I was glad to see the SHARC was open, but disappointed it was only open for lap swimming, so we didn’t get to take advantage of that. The hot tub worked well, however. Everyone enjoyed the bikes and trails. The kids liked the playground which was nearby.
