The house was perfect for three generations with two sets of grandparents and two families with kids. The Sharc passes were a huge benefit. It allowed us the ability to go for short periods to accommodate naps. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Our door code wasn’t working on arrival. We called the help line. They answered on the 2nd ring, changed the code, stayed on the line until we opened the door then sent a text verifying the code. The house was great! Clean, very well-stocked, the kitchen was updated with new appliances (since our stay in 2021), really quiet and homey. We loved being close to the village. This will most likely be the only home we stay at in the future! Highly recommended.

Loved the house--big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably! Hot tub was great. We cooked almost every meal there so the kitchen was perfect and well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our family gathering. We enjoyed the bikes and the ping pong table. We were disappointed to find the hot tub was out of use when we arrived, but the property manager was quick to respond to my questions to try and address this, and offered a 100 refund for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. We were also grateful that the to do list upon check out was fast and simple! Would love to stay here again once the hot tub is back in service

Great place for family gathering

The house and the location were perfect! We walked to the Sharc center and used the passes provided to us. The house was large with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us. The house was stocked with everything we needed in the bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer, nightlight), the kitchen (pots, pans, dishes) and plenty of towels. The hot tub was a big hit and was used daily. The multiple decks were great, eating dinner out on the large front deck, and watching kids in the hot tub on the back deck. Our only complaint was the mentioning on the property site that there were 6 adult bikes. There were only 5, one was broken and 2 were not large enough for adults. With much back and forth communication with Arrived, a person came out and picked up the broken bike to repair and then raised the seats of the 2 smaller bikes so they were rideable. The broken bike was then returned repaired. So what started out as an irritant, got resolved. I was told several times that the condition of the bikes are not guaranteed. If that it is case, it should be noted on the property site, so renters can be prepared to rent, or bring their own bikes as back up. Except for that, the house was perfect and if we go again, we will definitely rent this property, but next time, knowing the bike conditions are not guaranteed,.

Great stay!

We were a ski team and this house had everything we needed! Garage for ski tuning and spacious kitchen with all supplies! Bedrooms/ bathrooms ratio is great!!

Family vacation time

This property worked well for our extended family - 4 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of space to spread out, the hot tub and ping pong table were a hit! The location was great - close to the pool complex and village.

Great location!

The home was in a great location to Sharc and the village. Everything that was described in the listing was there and we had a wonderful time! The kids really enjoyed all the different bikes and trails.

Great stay

We were two families of 4 staying at the house - it was perfect for our needs! Plenty of room, easy access to the Village and SHARC, hot tub, and ping pong in the garage. Everything was clean and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

The house was just as advertised. Perfect for 3 couples with an extra room. Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. House was well equipped, we needed nothing. The bikes and passes were most welcome. We would definitely stay again
