The perfect home base for all your Sunriver adventures! Located near Fort Rock Park and just minutes from the SHARC, this location offers convenience and privacy. With beautiful outdoor spaces and great light, this is the place to make memories. There are five full bedrooms (two on the main floor) plus the kids cave with three more beds. Make use of 12 SHARC passes providing access to pools, waterslide, disc golf, pickleball courts, and more. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with large table for eating or games. Relax on the patio spaces with grill, Blackstone, and lots of seating facing the woods. Unwind in the hot tub on the deck under the stars. Plus, fast Wi-Fi for working or streaming. This home has AC and a wood burning stove to keep you comfortable in all seasons. EV Tesla charger onsite. We had a wonderful family reunion in Sunriver at this home! Room for all 14 of us from 6 households, although parking was kind of tight with that many large vehicles. The hot tub was nice, the neighborhood great. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've EVER had in a vacation rental.

Had a wonderful time with family. The home was a great size for our needs.The listing should add that there are no hot tub/pool towels available. So bring your own! Kitchen sink facet needs some attention. (Leaks when you turn it on)Other than these issues, we would rent it again.

The house was perfect for our family of 11 over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious with adequate seating, and the hot tub was a bonus. There was enough parking for all the cars and we would definitely stay there again.

This was a great property for a group our size. There were enough rooms for everyone and plenty of kitchen space and dishware to accommodate the group. Everyone enjoyed the use of the SHARC passes for pool access. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained and no one was bored. We had one minor issue that Shannon resolved quickly. The hot tub was a nice feature but didn’t get used very much as everyone was tired from other activities. We would recommend that guests visit the information center in The Village for lists of things to do. There was plenty of outside seating for hat we all enjoyed. The second refrigerator and freezer came in handy as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great house, well stocked kitchen with full of little kitchen appliances such as Kitchen-aid mixer. With coffee maker and thermos. They had everything we need, nice dinnerwares that allowed us to have a nice formal dinner one evening. The only I would say the house needs, needs more spoons. Only had two spoons in the kitchen but lots of forks and everything else. Also had enough rooms for 14 of us. 4 families. Host Shannon is amazing, top notch on communication. Definitely we will book this place again. Thank you Shannon.

Nice house, but a few areas for improvement:- One of the bedrooms passes through the bunk room - this was not clear on the listing. Made for awkward setup with sleeping kiddos. - The bunk room was missing sheets for the beds. There were extra pillows but no pillow cases- Couches in the living room were lumpy with springs/ worn

Comfortable well laid out vacation home.

From my 96yo mom to my 7yo grandson, this house was perfect. It is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything, also appreciated the second fridge in the garage for our Thanksgiving group. Highly recommend this place

We first came on a family vacation to Sunriver in 2005 and fell in love with the place. We all agreed it was the best vacation we had ever had together. The bike paths make it so easy to get around and there is so much to do and enjoy.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

You can sit on the deck and look out into the woods quite a ways before seeing another house and it feels so private. The trails are close by and the access to the park and the SHARC is fantastic. There are plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We love sitting in the hot tub on a starry night or cuddling in front of the wood stove while the snow falls outside.
