Unfortunately, a cigar/smoking social lounge has opened directly below the unit. We entered the unit and immediately were so taken aback by the strong smoke odors that we found a hotel instead. (To the host's credit, our VRBO costs were fully refunded.)This was a Friday night and I do not know if the smoke smell would be present or as strong every night, but if you have children or are at all sensitive to cigarette/cigar smoke I would recommend staying elsewhere.

I would stay agian but. We had some slight issues. There is no parking lot. Its free street parking. But the owner was responsive when we asked about it. The palce seemed very clean, however, I found a used condom on the shelf in a closet. I message the owner let her know, and never got a response.The kitchen was stocked with enough plates any silverware, but no pizza pan or pizza cutter or potholders. And the oven door sounds like it going to fall off. Last, bring earplugs/whitenoise or something. Social club is right next door. You can hear all of it when in the bedrooms. This place was nice, beds were extremely comfy, and I can look past the small inconveniences. My friend and I walked Busch Stadium each day, about a 10min walk. The neighborhood seemed nice enough that we were comfortable walking at night.

This place is close to everything! Just perfect enough away from the busy of downtown and close enough to get anywhere eith a short walk. Beautiful place, has evwrything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable! Would definitely recommend if you're there for a Cardinals game or a big event close by. Best way to avoid crowds and traffic.

Beware of social club beneath the rooms. Music went on all night until early morning. Started back up Sunday night but met owner of social club who was overly apologetic and didn’t know anyone was staying there and immediately turned music off. Although kitchen was equipped with pots and pans and very nice Kerueg. Microwave plate was MIA and only 3 forks were found which made it difficult for 4 people to eat. Overall very close to stadium, AC worked great and very,very comfy beds

Great location

The location of this unit was ideal for our family. We were able to walk to Busch stadium for two cardinal games and to restaurants. We had some frustrations with the unit at check in when we realized the parking was chained off and not available and the elevator was broken. It would have been nice to have a heads up about those things but we were able to manage. However, it would probably cause issues for those with mobility issues. The first night we were there the restaurant had loud music in the alley until 2:30am. Other nights were quieter, thank goodness. There were minor things that were damage too and it seemed like a party house. Overall, it was alright and a great location. King beds in both bedrooms was a plus.

Week end away.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for observing our son’s marathon through downtown St. Louis. Beds were comfortable! Our host communicated so well! Parking directions were not clear and resulted in parking difficulties. At the same time our host kindly worked through these difficulties with us.We would stay here again when we return to St. Louis.

Great Location- Not Clean

Cannot beat the location as far as distance from Enterprise/Busch. The street was pretty quiet for it being directly downtown and the off street parking included is a huge perk! We went on a Friday night and felt safe.Aside from location, and comfy beds. The building and unit itself are pretty run down. When we checked in there wasn’t a key available for us to get in the building as promised-it slowed down our already rushed timeline to get to the game. It needs a thorough cleaning. The couch has some very suspicious stains on it, of which none of us would dare to sit on it. The kitchen was pretty hodge lodge, when we went to warm something up in the microwave the glass plate wasn’t in there so we assumed may have been left on dishwasher. Open dishwasher to find a stench that smelled like something had died! Standing water-and something had clearly molded/curdled in there.Bathroom shower could use a solid cleaning, walls also were fairly questionable.We reported this to the owner, and received zero communication in return. If you’re looking for location, and don’t care about cleanliness. It could be worth it for you!

Great place

This place has everything we needed and was close to great BBQ, a good grocery store, and yummy pizza. Touristy places like the Arch and Busch Stadium were an easy walk. Loved the free parking and easy check-in/check-out.

Comfortable and Convenient!

We had excellent communication with the host from day one till the end of our stay. The apartment is secured and safe. It was an easy nine minute walk from the apartment to the enterprise center. We felt safe the entire 5 days we were there. The apartment is spacious yet cozy. The bed was amazingly comfortable! We were even able to watch Paramount and Peacock! We had a wonderful stay and we can’t think of anything negative to say about our stay!

Perfect getaway

Perfect location with many things in walking distance. Ample amount of parking available. The property had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner in (minus a cutting board). We will be back in the future to stay again.

A Great Place To Stay in Downtown STL

We rented this condo for about a week as our daughter was playing the lead in a musical at the nearby Stifel theater. The condo itself was roomy, clean, stylish and had everything we needed. It had nice appliances and electronics and the beds were very comfy! The building itself was small and quiet but in a great location. Nadine was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again if we have another reason to!

It was good.. the few things that need attention is we had a one year old that was crawling around on the floor and her hands and knees were black so we mopped the floor.. when we got there all the towels were in the dryer wet so we ran the dryer but they didn’t dry.. we realized the lent trap had never been cleaned out..we cleaned that out so maybe they don’t realize that the lent trap is inside the dryer in the back.. it is now drying great..the shower curtain liner needs replacing.. it’s got mildew on it..the listing also said there was a baby crib and high chair and there was not so good thing we brought one..it also had no hand towels.. overall the place is great and the owner even let us check in earlier with no charge which was great.. I would definitely book again..
