Access to the property was very easy and instructions provided by host were great... Everything was in working order and property was clean. Communication with Jackson was prompt and helpful. A few minor maintenance issues were identified that didn't impact our stay. Overall a very nice experience.

Very nice property. I would say it was not super kid friendly, but it was fine. Clean, decently stocked. Although the water pressure in the shower was woeful. Hosts responded to all the questions and issues and recommended great breweries! Beds were comfy!

What a beautiful property! It was very clean and close to many restaurants and bars, a great art center and the Soulard market. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and looking at the interesting architecture of the houses. We had 2 dedicated parking spaces behind the house. There were plentiful dishes and sharp knives for preparing food. The beds were comfortable. The lock system was easy to use. The bedrooms were upstairs which worked great for us. There was a patio and a balcony. We had contact info for the host who I am sure would have been attentive but we had no issues so no reason to try it out. We really enjoyed our time here!

Nice Soulard home, updated and clean. Three bedrooms with a bunkbed room, but the top bunk is really for smaller children. Overall exactly like the pictures, easy parking in front or back but nice you have private parking in back. Good yard for pets as well.

Perfect location close to downtown. Love the neighborhood. Excellent host communication. Very well stocked. Appreciated the fans in the bedrooms with the heat wave! Unit has been updated nicely while still embracing it's origin.

Great spot for a weekend in St. Louis watching volleyball with family and friends! The place was clean, convenient, and made for an easy, comfortable stay. Would happily come back again!

We loved our stay! The place was clean and updated! We loved the fenced in yard for our pup! The best part of staying here was it was so close to all the places we were going to!

Property was as described and kitchen was stocked too. Street parking was easier to access that the two available spots behind the home. All the bedrooms are located upstairs. Nearest neighborhood grocery store is a 10 minute walk. Local eateries a quick five minute walk. Hand rails available for the stairs to the second floor.. Caution with the steps on the first floor, there are several levels. Good neighborhood and easy access to the freeway and rest of the town. Nice backyard outdoor seating area, but during out visit it was too hot to sit outdoors.

Location was the best part. Walking distance to soulard farmers market, Session tacos (a must), McGurks and Mollys. We came for a cardinals game and it worked out perfectly. We walked to Mollys and if you eat or have drinks there they provide a shuttle to and from the game. We felt safe walking back to the property with our kids at night after the game. The house was perfect for two families of four to sleep comfortably and have a little privacy. The outdoor balcony area was great and the yard is really big. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. We did not bring our dog this trip but definitely hope to return again with him. Thank you so much!

Appreciated the designated parking spots. Was easy to find. Kitchen well stocked for making a few meals. Seemed to be about at the limit of the air conditioning as it ran most of the time and just maintained a comfortable level. Filled the bird bath with water and soon was able to enjoy watching backyard wildlife from the kitchen window. Bed was comfortable. If we return to St. Louis next year, will look at booking again.

Very clean& well equipped Lovely place to stay. House is beautiful and neighborhood is lovely. Lots of places to eat nearby - even for a vegan which is rare in my experience. Short drive to Arch & other attractions. I only took off one star because of the dangerous entries. The front door sill is a bit of a tripping hazard and the foyer is all dark brick with a step down and then two steps up into the living space. The steps need to be marked with lighting or light paint to make them visible. Two of our party fell during the night coming into or out of the living area. The back door is also tricky to step into & out of.

Hands down the best vacation rental I’ve stayed in. The house is nicely decorated, updated, clean with tons of Soulard charm! We walked to restaurants, bars and the Soulard Farmer’s Market (which is now a must-do when I’m in town). Great value, too!
