Another great vacation!

This is our second year staying at Waterscape with Coastal Vibes and we had a great family vacation! The amenities at the resort and in the room consistently meet the needs of our family. I will say, from last year to this year, there was a slight decrease in the cleanliness/upkeep of the condo, but it still had everything we needed! Perhaps a refresh with some of the furniture/rugs is in order. Thank you for hosting us! We are already planning our next visit!

If you’re ok with a place that allows parents to just let their kids run wild with basically no supervision then this is for you. The room was fine, but there was a couple of places that should have been cleaned better. My biggest issue was the lack off staff at the pool area and it allowed parents to let their kids do whatever they wanted. My daughter was kicked and pushed by older kids (she is 10) and was hurt on the lily pad obstacle thing in the pool. A 7 yr old girl was at the pool from 8:30ish until almost 1 PM with no parents. The sheriffs department was called out and was with the girl for an hour and a half until they found her mom on the beach. I was walking by with my son and heard the mom say, “oh there you are, we’ve been looking for you”. Nothing was done, they let her stay with her mom and just left it at that. The mom and daughter walked back up to the pool area about 5 minutes later, and the little girl jumped in the lazy river and the mom walked to the tiki bar and ordered more drinks. The lazy river is another thing too. Not only do the kids treat it like a race track, some of the adults didn’t know how to act either. Also, we noticed a lot of police sirens going by outside of the resort. we didn’t know much about the area but was told by the hair wrap lady that the neighborhood is known for its high crime rate. We booked Sat-Sat but left Mon morning for another resort. Management just, “ok thanks for letting us know” when we mentioned all this to them.

Another great Coastal Vibes Vacation

We can't say enough good things about Coastal Vibes. They are truly the best to work with and rent from. This was our first time at Waterscape, and the condo was as described. The resort is fun for families and has many activities throughout the week. The view was better than described! As usual, excellent communication and support from the Coastal Vibes team.

Hope to go back real soon!!

Waterscape B614 was such a great rental. You could definitely tell it was a rental, but it was clean and homey!! The refrigerator was broken upon arrival. I called coastal vibes, and within 20 minutes (or less) they had brought a back up for our groceries!! I was shocked how fast they helped our situation!! The condo is spacious and in a perfect spot in my opinion. I went by myself with my one and three year old. My husband couldn't make it because of work, but we hope to return sometime this fall with my husband!! Highly recommend this condo and Coastal Vibes!! Everyone was so kind and friendly. I will definitely be renting from them again! Thank you Coastal Vibes!!

Relaxation at its Finest

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When needed the maintenance staff was prompt. This condo was perfect to relax and watch the Gulf while overlooking the resort amenities. We are looking forward to a return visit in the near future.

We love this resort and location

This was our 3rd year coming to Fort Walton Beach, Fl & staying at Waterscapes Resort. We chose this place because of all of it’s amenities and location. The condo pretty much looks exactly like the pictures on their listing aside from a little wear and tear and aging these condos go through with having many different people coming & going a lot. The condo was very nice. It was clean aside from the guest bathroom toilet it has a black ring or water stain? But that wasn’t really anything to get worked up about. My only complaint is that this kitchen didn’t have much cookware or bakeware to use & utensils were lacking as well.It made cooking somewhat difficult. The dryer vent was packed with lent. The shower water pressure was low. As far as the resort goes normally we don’t have any complaints at all but this year we have a complaint about their hot tubs not being cleaned properly or frequently as I ended up getting a staph infection of the urine from using them. Usually the hot tub water is good and clean looking but this time you could see suntan lotions and stuff from the trees & other things floating in them. We didn’t notice how dirty the water was until after we sat down and really got a good look at what was floating in there. We stay from Saturday to Saturday & the hot tubs didn’t appear good & clean until Thursday. We cut our trip short a day early due to my infection causing me problems. Would we stay here again? Yes definitely. This is a great resort!

Condo was excellent!!! We enjoyed a very relaxing week, good food and sunshine. We have reserved the Coastal Vibes before and love their staff. The check in and out process was so easy. The reservation process was accomplished very quickly! Love dealing with Coastal Vibes and have been recommending to others. Will be using again.

Superb Condo!

My family and I stayed here for a national dance competition. The condo was incredibly clean and in great condition. The location of the room was right by the elevator to gain pool/beach acess. The views of the pool and beach were incredible and the unit had all necessary kitchen supplies as well as a front loading washer and dryer. Our flight arrived early morning and the cleaning crew was able to get the unit ready for us before the usual check in time and the communication with the owner was prompt and very efficient! Check-in and check-out was a BREEZE. We had an awesome time!!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and the decor was up to date. The king bed in the master bedroom was vert comfortable. Better view of ocean than pictures showed. Was not ocean front which we knew but it was still a great view. The pools were very nice and the outside property was clean and well maintained. The heated pool was nice since we were visiting in late October. Lot of nice restaurants in the area. We had a great time and would rent this condo again.

Great Spot

Condo is in a great spot for all activities. Convenient to grocery and gas for anything you may need. Would definitely recommend this spot! Owner was quick with responding to my questions. Fixed a chair on the balcony very quickly!

I enjoyed the condo. The property itself was a little too busy for my liking. Hard to find pool side chairs due to the large number of people staying at the condos.

Family Friendly

Our stay was wonderful! Waterscape is a great place to vacation with your family, especially younger kids. The location of this condo was perfect, great views and close to the elevator to get down to the pool area. We highly recommend this condo!

Best of Both Worlds

I love this resort since you have the option of the beach or the water park. The room was perfect for our group, two couples and 5 yr old who enjoyed the bunk cove and a baby. We had privacy and a great view of both the beach and water park.
