Mothers day stay

Fantastic property!

Waterscape is the perfect family spot! Right on the beach and so many pools! This unit was very clean and comfortable and Jessica was amazing and extremely helpful and communicated with me our entire stay. Highly recommend this spot and we will be back!

Our stay was great! It was very convenient to have everything you need right on the property or within walking distance. Communication with our host was wonderful and she was very responsive. The only thing I would have changed about our experience would be supplies in the unit. There were some very basic supplies, but not enough to last our family of 6 a whole week: things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. There were also very basic kitchen supplies so we ended up buying disposable baking pans since there were none in the unit. The unit does have plenty of beach supplies, which was a nice bonus for our kiddos! The partial beach view is currently blocked by a palm tree, but I still enjoyed the balcony daily! It had a PERFECT view of the fireworks on the pier! Overall, a great experience, and we look forward to our next trip!

All around wonderful trip!💞

The condo was very clean, nice and updated. It was so quiet and peaceful. There were several things planned for the kids and adults as well. We will return for sure!

Great place, everything was clean. Pool and beach access was great. This condo is close to an elevator and trash chute which was convenient.

Great Spring Break Getaway

My sister in law and I took our kids the first week of April for spring break. We had a great trip! The condo was exactly as described and the amenities were wonderful! The communication with Jessica was great. 5 out of 5!

Enjoyed Our Stay

The furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. My only criticism would be the cleanliness. Bathrooms, sinks, toilets were clean. Floors and kitchen not so much. But not so that we didn't enjoy our stay. Warning for cooler months, only 1 pool is heated.

Perfect location

Everything was perfect except for a hiccup with their new housekeeper. She absolutely sucked. And needs to learn how to use a vacuum cleaner and bleach. We had plenty towels, I bought laundry soap and washed towels and our clothes as we went. There was a box fan in one bedroom, we can’t go anywhere without fans because of noise so we brought two and the extra was real nice. The owner was wonderful as soon as I let him know we had a clean bedding issue he got me clean bedding and I changed it out myself which made me happy. There were pans and dishes and everything we needed. And the water park right there our back was wonder! We were right on the beach and everything was perfect. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great is several ways

The owner is quick with responding to messages and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip could still happen after Hurricane Sally. The place was very clean. It’s in a great location and the building is on the beach. Its a great place for all ages. I don’t have any complaints at all. I would recommend this place over and over again. We will be booking again next summer.
