Spend your vacation mornings sipping coffee on your furnished balcony, your afternoons splashing in the pools or hiking nearby nature trails, and your evenings grilling at the shared picnic area. You can also practice your swing at the on-site golf course or fish at the park on Lake Taneycomo.

Thoughtfully upgraded, the sun-soaked interior features a coveted open layout. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

disapppointing stay

This was not the place I was led to believe it would be. We did not have pleasant accomodations. The carpet was dirty. The accomodations were inadequate for the number of guests we were scheduled to have. We will not stay here in the future, nor can we recommend having a nice stay with your establishment.

Beautiful condos, but the listing states this is one condo, not two separate ones.

My family was looking for a place to stay that would house all nine of us and we were excited when we saw this listing for up to 12 people, which stated, "Experience an unforgettable stay at this beautifully styled condo." When we arrived, we found out that there were actually 2 completely separate condos that do not adjoin, so we were not able to all stay together, which was very disappointing. Aside from that (and a few people stated that their beds were a little hard), the condos were beautiful, stocked with a lot of kitchen equipment, and very clean; the pools were wonderful; and we even tried out the pickleball court.

Good, but disappointed

The place was clean and confortable. It's on a golf course in a gated community. The 2 pools were very nice. Easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do in Branson. However, I was not expecting to get 2 separate units. I wanted enough room in 1 place to have 4 adults and 3 children. What I got was 2 separate units. The listing never told me that it would be 2 separate units. We shared food the entire weekend so it was an inconvenience. Had I known it was 2 separate units, I would have never booked this. I turned down other ones that specified 2 units because I didn't want to have 2 separate places for my family. The listing should have told me it was 2 separate places instead of making me think my entire family would be in 1 place.
