Showcasing gorgeous mountain views, the home boasts a quarter-acre lot backing up to Beaver Creek (a small running creek), offering a peaceful environment to disconnect from everyday stress. Younger guests will enjoy exploring the backyard, utilizing the basketball hoop, and the private deck makes an ideal perch for taking in the scenery. Moose, elk, deer, and other wildlife are known to frequent the creek throughout the year.

An easy drive from Denver, the home is ideally situated within a short drive of all-season recreation. Fairplay is known as the 'Fly Fishing Capital of Colorado', offering fly-fishing in the summer and ice-fishing in the winter. Families can spend the day panning for gold at Fairplay Beach. Five world-class ski resorts, 14 fourteeners, and acres of national forestland are all within a day trip of home.

Between outings, enjoy time together with friends and family in the living area. A smart TV and board games are provided for at-home entertainment, while the gas fireplace ensures toasty comfort for chilly nights. You'll find the full kitchen well-appointed with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils you'll need for easy at-home meal prep. There is a lot of wildlife in the area, so be alert and don't feed the animals.
Guests may need 4WD for traveling over Hoosiers or Kenosha Pass per the Colorado traction laws - not necessarily while driving in Fairplay to the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
