This spectacular 5 bedroom house was partially remodeled in 2016 (new floors, all new paint, removed some walls to increase light and views). It's perfect for group family outing or a group of couple looking to get away. We have 135 foot of ocean frontage for fires on the beach. This was purchased for my family, friends and relatives. We've had 5 couples stay and have had birthday gatherings for 40 people. It's a beautiful space for entertaining or getting away.
Enjoy the master bedroom with balcony and listen to the ocean while you work (as I'm doing while typing this listing). It's a gem. The main level includes an open floor plan with updated kitchen that opens to living room with sweeping ocean views. There's also laundry, a half baths and closets on this floor. There are 2 doors that access the deck and back yard.
The upstairs includes a remodeled master with balcony and 4 additional bedrooms. There's also a full bath upstairs, in addition to the master bath.
There's an outdoor shower off the patio in the side yard. There's a basketball hoop outside. Enjoy it as if it's your own, and please treat it the same. We have a paddle board and a bunch of beach games for you to enjoy. Please treat this property as if it's your own. We're on septic so want to be gentle with sand in the house (and in the sink, etc) and toilet paper only in the toilet. We encourage outdoor showers because they're really nice, but it's also easier on the septic system. We don't want the system to overload and ruin your vacation.
