Great location

Amazing location! Being so close to the stadium and other amenities made everything so easy. The game room was a huge hit. Great place to stay. Highly recommend

Property just needs a little TLC

First impression had us thinking it was exactly as described. However, a lot of the cabinets and drawers were hung incorectly and hardware falling off. The ceiling was leaking water into the den anytime someone bathed in either of the upstairs bathrooms. One of our party almost fell when she stepped in the puddle by the stairs. There were ants crawling all over the floor in the kitchen. Kitchen had the absolute bare minimum for dishes and cooking. showered or bathed in

Perfect stay

It was nice and clean, the property owner/manager was very nice. This property was perfect for our use. They were very accommodating and the house layout was great. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We appreciate all of their assistance.

Short Holiday

House layout excellent for what we needed. Difficulty with hot water in Master shower. Cold shower every day. Fridgerator not cold enough and afraid to eat Meat, cheese, eggs and drink milk. We could not adjust temperature. Threw out groceries.

A lot of thought and effort went into providing a comfortable and fun space for family and friends. The location was close to Westgate entertainment area.

Great Stay at Beautiful Home

My Son and I and one of his friends were visiting some of our friends from years. This house was exactly what it looked like online. The location was PERFECT, so close and easy access to every where that we needed to go. It had everything we needed. The host and property manager were attentive and checked in on us on our arrival date to make sure all went smooth with getting in. They were very accommodating on our last day as we had a late flight back home. I would definitely recommend. It made our first time in AZ that much better.

Great location. House was very comfortable and accommodating loved the pool table etal. Had a great time with all our activities. Would love to stay again next year . Hopefully the refrigerator could be replaced. It barely got cold and no ice machine!

So fun!!

We stayed here for a long weekend plus with my adult kids so that we could go to the opening series for the Arizona Diambondbacks. It was PERFECT for us. It was me, my husband, my two adult kids and my little chihuahua doggie. Plenty of room for all and a large walled backyard for my dog. The "game room" was so fun. We had a blast playing pool and shuffleboard in between baseball games. A great property in a neighborhood. We had no issues with neighbors at all even though they were close. It was quiet the entire time. We would definitely stay here again. A couple things to point out - the door lock is a pain the butt to say the least lol I think the deadbolt just doesn't line up with the door frame correctly, so if you don't hold the door exactly the right way, the lock malfunctions. Additionally, the refrigerator is a total loss. The freezer works, but the fridge part doesn't cool AT ALL! It was not a huge deal for us because we were not cooking very much in the home and we had a cooler for our drinks, but I thought it worth mentioning for those who come after us. Perhaps it was turned "off" and we needed to turn it on? If so though, they should put it in the check-in info. However, my husband tried to adjust it and it just never cooled anything during the 4 days we were there. I really think they just need to repair or replace it. Beyond those two issues, we had a lovely time in this lovely home and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Cardinals weekend

Some friends and I were looking for a place close to the Arizona Cardinals stadium and were fortunate to find this wonderful place. Plenty of entertainment with a pool table, foosball and shuffleboard availability. During our stay the host, Brittany, quickly responded to a few minor issues. One was the entry door code, which she personally addressed by going to the property and assisting with same and helped with TV related items. Brittany also recommended a few eateries that were close by and were just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay at this place again should our ventures bring us back to Glendale.

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. We had a little snafu with internet not working but were able to get that fixed. Only thing didnt realize was we try and clean as we go and no extra garbage bags. But overall were very please with our stay. Thank you

Christmas Retreat

It was the perfect Christmas retreat for my family. It was even decorated for Christmas inside and out! Few minor clutches: oven didn’t work, cabinet drawers were not installed properly, dish washer was not secured in place and refrigerator did not cool very well. The game tables were wonderful! Hopefully owner will consider getting some inexpensive cookware because none when provided. Property manager was very prompt in getting back to us about concerns! Overall would stay again
