Perfect property for a group, had everything we needed and was so close to everything. Easy booking and check-in/out process. Hard to find a place with 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms for a reasonable price in a good location, but this one did not disappoint!

This place was clean and conveniently located. The only negative thing I can say is that the sound of the traffic might make it hard to sleep if you're not used to it.

Quick trip

Great as a place to land for a quick stay when you plan to be out more than in. Not a lot of practical setting in living or dining room for staying in. Comfy beds, served the purpose.

Exactly as described. We stayed one night as we were passing through. Short Uber ride to broadway . Would definitely return!

Visiting Nashville with Friends

We had 4 couples head down to Nashville for the weekend. The layout of this property was perfect for our group. The location was easy to get to where we needed (we did walk into town) without driving in the crazy concert traffic. The property was VERY clean and laid out great for a group of our size. Great communication throughout the process.

The unit was nice inside, and having four bedrooms was great. Be aware that the unit is on the third floor, and the building has NO elevators. That means 40 steps up and 40 steps down with your luggage. If you are elderly or handicapped, stay away. The building is also right next to main street, and you hear every car that passes by the building. The unit also lacked having a washer and dryer inside.

Bathroom near the saddle had a clogged drain in the sink. Had no idea that I must hike up to the 3rd floor via stairs.

The good and not to good

The property manager was very responsive. Easy check in but the ac wasn’t working and the unit was hot and had an odor. The bedrooms had lovely decor and the unit appeared clean but the sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Maybe a good place for college kids to travel but not right for me and my family unfortunately.
