What a great place to stay. The accommodations were as listed or maybe even better. Rebecca was a great host and stayed in communication with us the whole time. It’s also very close to downtown Nashville, which we enjoyed being that close.

The knats were a little much, but the host took care of everything, they let us in early, came and cleaned the drains for us, brought more towels and even spray for knats to stop them. Great spot wonderful communication

The process from start to finish was perfect. I am not a frequent traveler and I have never stayed in a Vrbo but I can tell you this whole process set the bar very high! The condo was so clean, bright, spacious and has a perfect balcony over looking the river. Made our morning coffee and evening night cap perfect. I cannot recommend this rental enough.

Rebecca gave great instructions for entering the apartment which made access so easy after a long day of travel. Covered parking is always a plus. The cozy fireplace and the quality linens and dishes were delightful!

Host super responsive and helpful. Great location on river with river views walkable or short ride to Broadway. Convenient parking. Would stay again.

The host was very responsive and helpful. I booked this room on a deal. Upon arrival the fridge had broken shelves in the door and the headboard was bent. The dishes were left dirty in the dishwasher washer and made the kitchen stink. There were dirty wash cloths left in the bathroom. When I asked for a discount I was told that was not an option since I booked it on a deal. We will never stay here again. There were also Cobb webs on the ceiling in the living room
