Great location and confortable house

The house was perfect for our stay in Kanab over Thanksgiving. The house had everything that we needed and the location was excellent to the national parks and monuments.

Great Family Getaway

Taylor was an amazing host! She went above and beyond to help make our stay as pleasant as could be. The house was very clean and right in town. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fun, private but with easy access to all of the stores in Kanab

Felt like home

Very happy we stayed here! Great location for visiting Bryce and Zion. Grocery store nearby. House was very clean and very cozy. Had everything we needed to operate away from home.

Great location!

Location, location, location! This home is an excellent home base to hit some amazing sights. 45 minutes to Zion National Park and a little over an hour to Bryce Canyon National Park. There are also beautiful trails to explore just minutes outside of town. The home itself is very comfortable with a nice modern esthetic and it had everything we needed. Don’t miss out on the excellent coffee and breakfast burrItos at Nomad Coffee and for any outdoor gear needs and also good coffee check out Willow Canyon Outdoor. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in a great property

Clean, comfortable and fully equipped. This is a charming property a very short walk to downtown Kanab. This was a wonderful base for our trips to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim and Horseshoe Bend. My wife and I agree that you won’t be disappointed if you choose this VRBO property for your stay in Kanab.

Lovely house in Kanab

We only stayed one night but it was a wonderful house. Very clean, cute. Beds and showers were great. Washer and dryer were very nice while traveling with family. Lovely little town and great hosts!

Great place to stay!

This was by far the best rental we had on our 2 week traveling vacation. It was very clean, spacious and well stocked. The beds and couches were comfortable. The deck had a beautiful seating area complete with adorable kids play house. The location was great and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

Exploring Utah/Arizona

Great central location from several places to explore and National Parks. A very cozy, home away from home, kind of feel. Quiet neighborhood and the patio is a perfect little retreat. Living room couches were comfy and had enough room for everyone.

Perfect spot for UT adventures!

We absolutely loved our stay! Great proximity to Zion, Bryce, Page, Coral Pink Sand Dunes in addition to the quaint, adorable town of Kanab. Access to laundry, cleanliness, comfortable bed...nothing bad to report! We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

I was so impressed with this house and location! The house was in immaculate condition and we could tell they care about what they do. We had a lot of room for the six people we had. The house was located by an amazing restaurant called the Iron Horse as well as a delicious coffee truck. The hosts were very welcoming and communicated wonderfully!

Great stay in a lovely location

We came to Kanab to hike, and it was a good decision. The scenery and the hiking are terrific and Kanab is a lovely town with good amenities. Our VRBO was excellent and we highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to the area. Taylor is a very accommodating host who provided the information we needed and who was responsive to all our requests.

Nice Place

Good for National Parks & walking to restaurants and grocery store

Enjoyed the charming house and outdoor seating area. Having a washer & drier was helpful, however, the washer is out of balance and feet need adjusting to prevent it from walking across the floor. A quiet location.

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for our one night stay between Bryce and Zion. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and the number of rooms worked great, and there was ample parking for a big vehicle. It was clean and close to several restaurants and a grocery store. We had a minor incident (not the host's fault) and Taylor communicated quickly.

This property was our first home, after extensive renovation, this home seemed too good not to share. Being a block from down town offers a unique mix of being far enough away that it is a quiet neighborhood, but also close enough to walk anywhere in town. Thank you for considering this property. We are glad we can share our home with you.

This house is in the middle of town about a block off of the town square. It is on a quite street with minimal traffic.

It has a fully privately fenced yard with lawn, porch, bbq so you can enjoy your stay outside.

close to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, and everything else you would come to Kanab to enjoy.

Community events are close enough to walk, come enjoy the 4th of July, Balloons and Tunes, Battle of the Bands, or any other event and stay right in the action.
