If I could I would leave 4 1/2 stars. Great historic house. Lots of room. Very comfortable and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Great location, easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants. Very comfortable living space. The host was very responsive to request for paper towels and dishwasher pods which ran out. They were working on getting the lawn in shape which was over grown but not a huge issue as we were hiking every day. Would stay again. Thanks

Very impressive property. Only gripes was a few items that if not caught would have been a perfect stay. One room upstairs had a window unit for AC and is very noisy. Hairs in bathroom. Some spiderwebs in windows and pre-existing carpet stains downstairs that looked like from a pet (noticed at checkin before our pets were allowed inside)

This large, charming house was perfect for our group of six, and one parrot. Well lit, clean and comfortable, there was plenty of room for all of us. We cooked and ate dinner in for three of our four nights stay and found the kitchen to be well appointed. We walked two blocks to the downtown area for the fourth night. We particularly enjoyed early morning coffee on the balconies and sitting out on the patio after a long day of hiking or touring. We highly recommend and will book again if we stay in the area.

House was built in 1912 and renovated to be a bed and breakfast or VRBO. The downstairs main living areas need window coverings to help clients not feel like we are in a fish bowl. It also needs to be deep cleaned: think corners and windowsills, stairways, etc. My sisters and I were professional cleaners in Jackson Hole and tend to be more critical. But this was obvious stuff. Cleaners showed up before we had left which was awkward and the landscapers also showed up and started mowing the lawn. This was all around 10:30 am on a Sunday before checkout time. I messaged the host (not sure if he got it) to remove the awful devil picture hanging in the main front room. It’s definitely creepy and not family friendly. It doesn’t go with the house or show respect for the family who originally loved and laughed in that home. Some plus side perks were double coverings on pillows, crisp sheets, hospital folded corners on the beds-very nicely done! The towels were in very good condition and nice and white. We rented the whole house and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Vintage record collection and player in sitting room. Exercise room upstairs. The kitchen has a great stainless steel fridge and a second upright stainless steel freezer. The house is only about a block or two off Main Street.

The property was perfect for our needs. Very conveniently located in town. The property could use a little more TLC for the yard and details on cleaning corners and under things, but overall it was a lovely place and we look forward to staying again next year!

This house was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. The house was in an ideal location for us to be able to go to Bryce, Zion, and the North Rim within an hour & a half. The only negative was that Room #4 did not have an air unit that worked. Management knew about this but did not inform us ahead of time. That disappointed us. We were given some money back to make up for this. We would not have asked for this if they would have just informed us of the problem ahead of time. This home met our needs in giving us privacy and comfort with the en-suites being separated. We found the kitchen fully stocked with all essential items to cook our meals.

The host was excellent at responding but one of the en-suite bathrooms was nonfunctional and we only learned about it a few days before. It was fine since there was an extra bathroom but inconvenient. The backyard was not as well kept as it looked in the pictures — for example, the grass was overgrown and not appealing for actually hanging out it. There was a pest issue (cockroaches), noticeably outside but we found one inside too. The house was advertised as pet friendly which we greatly appreciated, but it’s helpful to know that the neighboring dogs are somewhat aggressive so barking was an issue. We also really appreciated that there was a coffee maker and coffee pods/creamer but there was no sugar, only fake sweetener. Biggest issue for our family was the fridge was not cold when we arrived so we had to store perishables in the freezer. Overall a lot of potential and a beautiful home with a great host but we were expecting a little more.
