Enjoy your Southern Utah vacation in a comfortably furnished 4-bedroom home located less than a mile from downtown Kanab. An open kitchen-dining-living room area provides a great place for meals and relaxing after a busy day enjoying Mother Nature. Zion, Bryce, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, the Wave, Glen Canyon Dam/Lake Powell are within easy driving distance. Best Friends animal shelter is available for touring. Kanab has an excellent community pool and splash pad available for the kids during the summer.

Our nightly rate is based on the number of guests. The rate starts at $175 for two guests with an additional $10 for each guest up to eight. This allows couples as well as groups up to 8 to affordably enjoy our wonderful vacation home.

This was a fantastic day. The house was clean all the beds and pillows were super comfortable, we had all the linens and supplies we needed, and using the appliances and HVAC was easy. On top of that the hosts were responsive and made getting in and out simple. Highly recommend this home and these hosts.

Property was perfect for our family vacation needs! It was a good central location for all of our adventures. The property was very accommodating and far exceeded our expectations. Home was very clean and provided all the necessary linens, kitchen utensils, and basic supplies including soap, laundry detergent, etc. Hosts, Bryan and Debbie were extremely attentive and made every effort to make our stay perfect! We would definitely stay here again if in the Kanab area!

We had a great stay , the house is FULLY STOCKED with anything needed in the kitchen, home was spotless and great location. We will 100% stay again if in the area . This was 1 or the top 3 places we’ve stayed ans we do this alot . Normally on my wife’s account so mine won’t show a lot of rentals . GREAT HOST GREAT HOUSE !! Thanks again

The check in process was seamless, the kitchen was very well appointed with everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Kanab.

We really enjoyed our time at Bryan and Debbie’s house. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental. They had helpful tips on places to go and everything was well organized.

Great house and hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has all the amenities and cooking was great. Beds and guest rooms are so inviting and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and it is clear they care for their home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was very responsive and contacted us to make sure that we had all we needed. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, well stocked with all we needed. The location was perfect for our daily trips to various national parks. The scenery at the home was fantastic..

Amazing hosts! They thought of everything you would need to feel right at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and in new condition. Loving areas are comfortable and functional. Beds are great with high-end linens. Location was great walking distance to town and centrally located for outdoor adventures. Book the trip - you will be delighted, as we were.

Awesome place to stay for Zion and other areas

Home was perfect! Everything you could need. Very convenient area near many areas of interest, as well as a short drive to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and many others. Host’s are very hospitable. We will stay here again as we continue to explore more of Utah’s wonders

This home was exceptional! It has multiple seating areas outside. The home was fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home! From the beds to the living room to the kitchen, you cannot ask for a more pleasurable experience!

Having been born and raised in northern Utah, we both have always enjoyed vacationing to southern Utah. When friends of ours moved to Kanab 6 years ago, we fell in love with the location, the weather, the amazing blue sky, and the endless adventures surrounding Kanab.

Built in 2006, this one level home features 10 foot ceilings throughout. The mattresses are in excellent condition and very comfortable. The sofa and love seat are leather Flex-steel with electronic reclining seats. The home has one gigabyte of internet service which will operate all of your devices at the same time. Although the home is in close proximity to downtown Kanab, deer and wild turkeys frequent the field behind the backyard.
