the property is conveniently located, clean and well apportioned. the host was very professional. the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the three mattresses are uncomfortable and need replaced.

the property was exceptionally clean. with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths we had plenty of space and convenience. the location was perfect and central to all the attractions we wanted to visit while we were there, with a local grocery store very close. Spencer was very quick to respond to questions as a host.

Geräumiges , gut ausgestattetes Haus in perfekter Lage

Von außen macht das Haus einen etwas abgewohnten und unordentlichen Eindruck. Innen war alles sauber und ordentlich, viel Platz und komfortabel.

Property Manager was very helpful. Property was centrally located to business center and the interstate. This was my first VRBO rental.

Nice little place

It was as expected. Nice cozy little place, close to downtown to have easy access to lots of local places. Plus it’s not too far of a drive to go see Mount Rushmore and tour the area.

stayed with a group of friends here plus another VRBO in town. Place newly renovated and clean with nice beds. Decent location.

Perfect spot for us

This was the perfect location for us to stay in order to attend Hills Alive in Memorial Park. The house was very, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we were in Rapid City.
