The space
Large living space with sectional couch and TV area flowing openly into kitchen. Seperate work station in living space with lounge chair and games.

Master suite with it's own private bathroom.

Second private bedroom with closet.

Second living area with 4 FULL SIZE custom built bunks. Plenty of space for 4 adults.

Mud room for shoes, bags, anything to keep out of the way.

Second full bathroom off of mudroom with shower.
Guest access
Entire loft will be yours with no shared access to others.

We want you to enjoy the village and community we have come to love. We have 8 and 6 year old sons so we understand what a good family trip is like.

The space has been designed to bring a higher end loft style experience to the finger lakes region while keeping the small community vibes all-in-one.

With a brewery and restaurant just under you feet, you will have easy access to good food and great times without having to go ANYWHERE!

However the access to Watkins Glen International Raceway, the Finger Lakes wine trails, boating, hiking, and the great outdoors are also within minutes.

Excellent stay

I booked this property for my parents for a weekend getaway. The owner was incredibly helpful and my parents said the loft was amazing. Highly recommend :)

Quick trip

We didn’t spend too much time at the Loft, but it was perfect for our quick trip! It was clean, spacious and Dustin was great at responding to our last minute questions! Great location too!

First timer in the Finger Lakes

My friend and I absolutely loved this property! So much charm and character on the cutest street with a little view of the falls! VERY clean and well equipped, and HUGE, the pictures don't do the size of this property justice. It was only one friend and myself who stayed here, but we have dreams of bringing a few more friends next time, cannot wait to go back! Being closer to the wineries would've nice, but the loft itself is hard to beat. Thanks Dustin, you were a great host and your property is top notch.

My wife and I have lived in NYC, NJ, and now came back to my home town in the Finger Lakes, NY. We have 8 and 6 year old sons and as a family we love boating on Seneca Lake and we enjoy all the finger lakes have to offer. We just moved into Montour Falls less than a year ago and have a ranch property of 90 acres which we lease out during the spring/summer seasons to a local dairy farm. We have roughly 45 cattle enjoying the fresh water and green pastures only with no preservatives. My wife is from Brooklyn and grew up on Long Island so we have family spread out over a bit of distance.

We fell in love with the village of Montour Falls the first time we walked up and down Main St. We immediately saw a listing that day and ended up purchasing this building along with two others. The history of the village coupled with the waterfalls and the small town vibe we couldn't look past. Being roughly a 100 year old building we completely renovated the entire space with the exception of the secondary bathroom. We wanted to keep the historic feel but bring a cultural vibe to life as well. Just under your feet is a new tap room Brewery that opened their second location in late 2022! Couple that with a new Tavern Restaurant 2 doors down from the Brewery, Montour Falls is picking up a lot of headwind and moving towards a fun small town with much to do and a phenomenal scenery to enjoy! Both the Tavern and the Brewery will have outdoor seating available this spring in 2023!!!
