Step into this premiere VIP Timbers townhome located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, just 5 blocks to Chairlift #15 at Eagle Run, and a few blocks to The Village. Conveniently located near a free shuttle stop (just down the driveway) that frequents Eagle Lodge, The Village, and Main Lodge. This tri-level townhome accommodates up to 10 people and features an extra-large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with island, granite countertops, hardwood floors and stainless steel Viking appliances. The townhome is outfitted with remodeled bathrooms, comfortable furniture, carpet and paint!

Enjoy dinner around the large round dining table that seats up to 6 people, and another 4 people can dine at the center island kitchen bar/stools. Timbers #1033 also features two decks: the bottom deck is equipped with a private spa, and the top deck is conveniently located off the kitchen, offering a private BBQ/grill. You can also enjoy a day of golf! Timbers #1033 is located on the 17th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course!

Great vacation home- will book again

This beautiful home is very spacious with room for all. Had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood and surrounding area is spectacular with a great view. We will definitely book this again for our family vacations.

wonderful stay

This place was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds for everyone. The living room and kitchen were super spacious and was only a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in Mammoth!

Great ski trip w family

Great ski trip! This is a large house and accommodated all 10 of us - ages 10 to 84 - very well. It was just a short trip to the slopes. Hot tub is smaller but we just took turns (could fit 3-4 at a time).

Ladies weekend celebration

Beautiful neighbor on the Sierra star golf course. The house was fantastic! It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Jacuzzi was clean and had great jets. We all had a very fun weekend and enjoyed the accommodations very much. We did have a few minor items come up over the long weekend, but the rental agency was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Nephews wedding

First time to beautiful Mammoth Lakes, and we lucked out with this beautiful, quiet condo on a golf course. The condo is well stocked and the furnishings are nice. Easy to check in and out. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults.

The home is great! The attention to detail was disappointing.

We have stayed in many vacation homes, and most hosts, at least at this price point, go above and beyond to make the stay feel very special. In this situation, we felt "processed", and like the attention to detail was missing. With 10 people for 3 nights, they left about 8 towels and 3 little tubes of shampoo. There was no bottle of wine, snacks, or welcome note... The jaccuzzi needed cleaning... Nothing was really bad, but nothing "wowed" us either.

The townhome was great and a very short drive to Eagle Lodge. It also accommodated 11 of us very comfortably.

Excellent customer service!

We received a phone call on our way there that the oven was not working. They informed us that they gave us a extra toaster oven and air fryer. There was also a bbq on the deck if needed. On our last night I went to use the Bbq and could only get one burner to light. I called the VRBO host number and she had someone there in less than 30 minutes. The Bbq was fixed and dinner was delicous! They had all the solutions and were vested in us enjoying our time at this unit. The unit overall was beautiful and we will certainly rebook this unit again.

Good for families

Overall great stay. The kitchen oven knob broke off and we were unable to use the oven, but the stovetop worked fine so it was not a huge problem for us. Our family of 10 had plenty of space. Hot tub is small, made to seat 3 — we just took turns. Fireplace and bbq grill were nice to use. Management was responsive with early check-in and late check out requests. Would stay again.

Nice Memorial Weekend getaway.

Nice and cozy house. Very spacious. Good location. Carpets and floors were not clean. Need to keep your shoes on.

This is a wonderful property great for a family or even two families. Beautiful living spaces, spacious sleeping areas, and generally very well kept. Good location too. We had an absolute blast.

Wonderful Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and much appreciated, since we cooked most of our meals at home. Loved having a garage that fit our 2 cars. There were a few saucer sleds in there also that kids had a blast using on the hill on the side of the house and golf course. Fire place worked great. Hot tub is small (3-4 ppl comfortably), so we just took turns. Nice neighborhood and great location. Close to everything. Had an issue with the kitchen faucet which was addressed very quickly by management. I highly recommend this home and wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Mostly great! One exception, the bake section on the stove didn’t work. They couldn’t find a replacement part, so they provided an extra toaster over.. worked ok, but not an oven. No contact from property manager to apologize etc. just a worker who provided the toaster. You would think the 5 star rating would warrant a conversation.
