Highly recommend. Location was just as described. Could hear the ocean with the sliding door open. Easy check in and check out. Had both a drip and Keurig coffeemaker. Plenty of comfortable seating. Quiet area. Felt like a very safe area. Parking was easy. Looking forward to returning.

Great beachfront condo!

The condo had great views and was well equipped. The location was great, near shopping, grocery stores and activities for the whole family. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend to family and friends!

Everything was Amazing

My 1st time staying in Myrtle Beach. This rental is absolutely heaven! Location is 10/10. It was clean and had everything you needed. You cannot beat walking out your door to the beach 10 steps away. Will be back! Larry was wonderful to communicate with.

Everything under the sun

We loved this property. Larry had everything there that you could think of and we didn’t even need half the things we packed! Kuerig, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. This is such a great location for younger families with the beach access and the pool. Larry had very open and prompt communication the whole time. We loved our time spent here.

Perfect Place to Stay

If you have infants or toddlers, even if you don’t this is the perfect place to stay. It has all the amenities that you might need so you can pack light and just enjoy yourself. 5 stairs and you are on the walkway to the beach. Made the trip of taking all the beach items a lot easier. Especially with a 19 month old. Will be back next year.

Amazing Experience

Our stay here was fantastic!!! I chose this condo because of the described proximity to the beach but the description could not accurately state how close it is to the beach. From the front door to sitting in the sand was about 20 seconds. My daughter recently had knee surgery so the condo location was crucial for her to enjoy this vacation. Initially when i booked i didn't pay attention that the condo didn't have a washer and dryer, if I had noticed I wouldn't have chosen this location. I am so glad that I never saw this. The use of the laundry facility was convenient and no hassle at all. The condo was perfect. We will definitely be looking to stay here again, possibly every time we return to Myrtle Beach.

My stay was wonderful!! The condo is beautiful and is perfect for a beach vacation. The host is is wonderful to work with making every part of the booking easy and there to talk to for any concerns,I definitely want to come back. Missing my vacation already.

Fun At The Beach

Very convenient to the beach with easy access. Roughly about 6 miles to Broadway At The Beach on by-pass 17 S. Lots of shopping and things to do. If you go north you are close to Barefoot Landing. Similar to Broadway At the Beach. We had a wonderful dtay.

Fantastic week at A Place at the Beach

We had a wonderful time staying at your condo. It was clean, well equipped and the absolute perfect location. We were just steps to the beach and Apache pier. Grocery and tourist attractions were just minutes away. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect Spot on the Beach

My husband and I just had a baby and we wanted to get away for a few weeks so we could take care of an infant in a more relaxed environment with a beach view. This was the perfect place to stay! The apartment porch literally feels like you are on the beach and the path to the beach itself could not be closer, just a step outside of your door. The apartment is very comfortable with great rocking cheers (perfect for breastfeeding) and all of the beach equipment you could want. Larry was very communicative throughout the week and answered all of our questions. I also really liked this part of Myrtle Beach, away from both the busy Myrtle Beach center and not quite in North Myrtle Beach where it is more crowded. We spent two weeks taking long walks on the beach with our infant, biking on the beach in the mornings and evenings, and just enjoying the view from the porch all day long. We will definitely come back again.

Best place to stay

What a wonderful place to stay. Very much like a home away from home. I have already booked for next year. Right on the beach, large pool, clean property,close to shopping or eating out.

We were very pleased.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Larry was very helpful throughout the process including what we needed to do for hurricane Dorian. The place is very clean and well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The first floor access to the beach entrance was perfect. The best part of the condo is the sunrise from the balcony.......beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Un coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans ce condo. Nous y avons trouvé tout de dont nous avions besoin et même plus. L'emplacement est parfait, tranquille et la vue sur la mer superbe! Convenient

If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay that’s literally steps from the sand, this is it. When you go out the door you’re right at the staircase (4 steps) and into the sand. Couldn’t get any closer unless you camped on the beach. There is a Kroger within a half mile or less and Walmart is just a little further. The condo itself is cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms are very small but functional. Beds were comfortable but 2nd bedroom is dark and we couldn’t cool it off. Larry was very easy to work with and answered all my questions.. 5 days from returning he emailed me stating he had received my key and the security deposit was being mailed. We had a great week with perfect weather!

Perfect week

This condo was beautiful and had everything we could need for a perfect week. The location is ideal... ocean front and easy access to the beach and the parking lot. There were plenty of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and lots of beach toys. So nice to have everything right there so we didn't have to bring beach gear with us or buy it and then crate everything all the way home. The condo was sparkling clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved spending time on the deck overlooking the dunes and the beach. It was a perfect week in a perfect condo. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We hope to come back next year!!

Comfortable, Great Views, Close to the Beach and Restaurants if you don't want to get in the car!

The unit lets you feel right at home from the minute you walk through the door and drop your bags. The view draws you through the kitchen and den, right on to the balcony! You have everything you need and then some. The owners are very accommodating and will promptly answer any questions or take care of any issues you may encounter. A delightful "Place at the Beach"!!!
