The garage had food on the floor as well as covered in Sand, walls were dirty on the stairs and entrance to main bedroom, ants were throughout the main bedroom and master bath. The Pool is deceptive and the pictures make it seem like the pool is attached also makes it seem there is water to the ocean behind the property.The game room was more than half broken . No puck for air hockey all pong balls were broke (I went to the store and bought more and left them). The pinball machine did not work at all and only the two arcade games worked. Pros it was very spacious and an overall nice home, centrally located to everything in Orange Beach.

Great location

This was a great place for a small group to stay for a wedding. The bride stayed here and it was perfect. The location was close to everything. I would definitely recommend this property.

We are sorry about the confusion. The details explain that the pool is a community pool and there are photos of the yard of the house, to try to deter any confusion. We also do not have any photos of the Gulf beach, just of the beach at Wolf Bay, which is a very easy .1 mile walk. Hopefully, in the future, you read the description and ask questions if you have any confusion so you and your family can enjoy your trip. This will also help deter any unwarranted poor reviews.

Families fun vacation

The property was amazing! I was worried about a few things before booking, but property management was very available for questions. This property comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 7 children. The ability to do laundry daily after visiting the beach was beyond helpful. Great location for a lot of attractions.

Family Vacation

This house is really nice and had all amenities as described. The game room was a hit and open spacious open floor plan in the kitchen/dining/living space was perfect for game and movie nights. My only complaint was the cleanliness, some of our sheets has stains on them and the bathrooms had hair on them, and just my personal opinion the house could have used a good dusting.

Everything about s user friendly. Nice and spacious for kids. Pool cool and all other amenities are not far. I’ve stayed at the other location they have!! Won’t be disappointed!! I’m already looking for my next vacation!!

I was very disappointed at the condition of this rental property. The carpet, furniture, and the shower were filthy. The shower had poor drainage and a bad smell came from the drain. One of the games didn’t work and there were pieces missing for the other and we didn’t have remotes for all the TVs. The towels were cheap and looked used.All the doors with the exception of the front door were unlocked on the first floor when we arrived and so were the windows. The pictures are deceiving and must have been taken when the house was initially built!The walls were filthy throughout the home and blood was on the door frame of the master bedroom. Door knobs were loose on the doors and there were spots on the mattress covers. There were spider webs in the corner of the shower as well.the toilets were disgusting.I called the number included with check-in instructions and told about the remotes on July 28, but when I called back a second time to discuss other issues, no one answered so I left a voicemail as well as emailed , no response. I called Monday, July 29th, no response. The host was unresponsive!My family and frequent this area often and I must say that this is the worst lodging experience we’ve had in the Gulf Shores area.I DON’T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Family Vacation

9 year old, 10 year old, 12 year old, 17 year old, 4 Adults, and 2 Seniors.This was our family vacation. The house was very nice, with plenty of room. The game room was awesome. The house is on the bay side but it is close to everything. The pool is a little misleading, it is at the end of the street, and the 10 of us filled it up. But overall it was perfect.

Wedding at Orange Beach

Overall the house was great. The size of the house was perfect and it was very comfortable. The location was also very close to the wedding venue. The only issues we had were some tupperwares that were still dirty and some kitchen cabinets were not clean. We also found moldy coffee filter in the coffee maker.

Orange beach house

Was a cute house, very clean, well appointed. Location was further from the beach than I was aware. Neighboring properties were low grade housing and trailer parks. The pool was out of commission, dark green and full of trash

House was just as shown. Furnishings were nice. Master Bedroom was HUGE! the other three bedrooms upstairs have to share a small bathroom. The tub/shower did not drain well.

Boat trip

Our first stay here, an definitely will be back! The location was perfect for us due to keeping our boat down at the marina! There are only a couple things I would fix about the visit! There was only one roll of paper towels, no trash bags and only a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I would just make sure that there is stock of those things in the house.

House is ok

The house is ok but I had cleaning issues, we saw a lot of roaches in the garage and some spiders in the bathrooms, as well is listed as 3 kings sizes beds, and it’s just 2 king size and 1 queen bed, and a lot of things felt like they were falling apart. the location is ok close to some of the beaches. Overall I will give 3 starts out of 5

Great house, bad location

The house was clean and suited us well; however, if you have a large group as we did occupying all the bedrooms, another bathroom that includes a shower is needed. It was rough having 3 bedrooms (8 people) sharing one bathroom. A major con was that the property is nestled in between two trailer parks with no fencing. The pool is very small and only 4.5 ft deep. It would have been nice also to have liquid soap in the bathrooms instead of a dried up bar of soap to wash hands. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are nice sizes. The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate anything you have planned. Game room was great! Overall- a great experience and excellent customer service. We will opt next time for a more appealing location closer to the beaches and not trailer parks.

Fulfilled our needs for our family vacation in Orange Beach but the pictures do make it seem like the pool is private but is actually a really small community pool down the street. The house was dirty when we arrived with sand and other stuff on the flooor as well as bugs and cob webs in the corners of the ceilings. The starter pack they provide of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash bags lasted us a day and then to the store we went. If you are staying a week or two days you just get the starter pack so bring extra as necessary. There are no beach towels provided do bring those as well. The neighborhood is having some HOA issues and the trashes are always overflowing and parking is a mess if you have more than 2 cars. Due to the hardwood floors, the couch slides apart and out from under you constantly. One of the bar stools was about to fall apart and the rest were stained. Overall it met our needs but did not live up to our expectations.
Dirty floors especially under furniture which toddlers will find.

Very nice weekend!

Pros: Conveniently located! Spacious for our party of 10. Well stocked kitchen items. Great laundry room. Kids loved the game room! Comfortable beds. Large TV in every bedroom plus the game room and living area. Everything was in good working order. We did not have to communicate with the property manager while we were there but I had some questions prior to our stay and they were easy to get in touch with. Cons: Only two king beds. (3 are in the listing and this was the selling point for us.) There are NO dressers to unpack our suitcases. We like to unpack clothes instead of living out of a suitcase for the duration of our stay. There are no mirrors ANYwhere in the house except for the bathrooms (no full length mirror anywhere). When 10 people are sharing 2.5 bathrooms extra mirrors are needed to accommodate everyone getting ready at the same time. Overall our stay was enjoyable! This house was reasonably priced, clean, quiet, comfortable and located close to everything. Just know going in that you have 2 king beds, 1 queen bed (not 3 as listed) plus the 4 bunk beds and you may have to improvise doing hair/makeup due to the lack of mirrors while others are in the bath/shower.

One bedrooms doorknob falls off! There were ants in the largest bedroom on the night stand! In the main shower there was a horrible smell while taking showers. Smelled of sulfur water or some fumes coming back out of the drain.Limited toilet paper or paper towels.Toilet paper all over the front side yard! Along with left over watermelons. The smell of pot in the house! When I reported this they offered my full money back but I would have to leave. They had no where else for us to move So we dealt with the smell. Coming from vent returns heavy. The bunk beds are very unstable as well as the stools in the kitchen. The bottom of the oven was nasty really nasty. One of the pinball machines doesn’t work. Ping pong paddle was broken and no pig pig balls. We had to go buy them and they were left for the next reservation! One of the bedrooms were extremely cold and the other three was very hot! My thoughts the home itself is beautiful! For the price we pay those items above should not have been broken or happened! These are things that could easily been taken care of! People want the quality for the price they are paying! For future hints I was disappointed when you have to come into the house and see all these things! Please consider refunding some of money! You can easily go over there and see the items above and we do have pictures on a few of the items I have mentioned.

We apologize for the issues, however, the only thing we were notified of was the broken ping pong paddle, which we replaced, and the marijuana smell. If we had 24 hours to properly fumigate the house, we would have been able to remove the smell. After discussing with you, we both agreed you did not want a refund, for the night or the stay, to find somewhere else to stay. We were able to clean up the garbage once the storm the knocked over the trash cans in the neighborhood was finished. Had we known of your other issues, we would have done everything in our power to remedy them.
