Perfectly sized at just over 350 square feet, this apartment offers a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, and a sitting area. The kitchenette offers a sink, counter space, microwave, and refrigerator.

Located in the sought after Calhoun Street Promenade. Within walking distance are multiple restaurants, shops, art galleries, and so much more. This is an ideal spot to park your car for the weekend and explore beautiful Old Town Bluffton.

This apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Stairs are located on the right side of the building. There is no elevator.

We offer a smart tv and wifi during your stay. The fire stick with the tv will allow streaming services, so log into your favorites!

Liked the location. Loved the big windows and the seating area. It's like a little secret hide away and very quaint. Just needs a little paint (especially on the stairs) and a modest upgrade on the furnishings and it would be top notch

Perfect spot to stay in the promenade!

The host was absolutely amazing. She was extremely accommodating and responded so fast to messages! I highly recommend this property! It was located in the perfect central location for all of the events I was attending in old town! She has everything you could possibly “need” for your trip. I totally didn’t think about an iron/ironing board for my formal attire, but I was incredibly happy to see she had one available there. 10/10 would stay there again. It was an amazing experience.

Outstanding location

Right in the heart of downtown Bluffton. Plenty of shops, restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance. Comfy bed and all you needed for a quick weekend in Bluffton. Delivered as advertised. Can’t wait to come back

We had a great stay! I would suggest a light outside the door. The kitchen was great for what we needed. I would suggest salt and pepper and ice trays. We walked all over Old Town Bluffton. It is just minutes from HH. Great location and nice king bed!

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here! It was very clean, the best was so comfortable, and we loved that we were able to walk around and explore so much in the area instead of having to drive! We would 100% stay again!

Mini vacation

Perfect location

We had a great stay here! The location in Old Bluffton was perfect. It is easy walking distance to many good restaurants as well as some shops and art galleries. The property was very clean too!

Family reunion

Perfect Long Weekend Spot

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot for my husband and I. The listing is accurate, host was responsive to messages and the location is perfect. Quiet but also in the middle of a small shopping area with breakfast/coffee spots, restaurants, boutiques and walking paths. Highly recommend

Cute Garage Apartment Within Walking Distance of Promenade

This property was perfect for our trip to Hilton head island and Savannah. The only suggestion u would have is putting out more washcloths for our stay and providing body wash and hand soap for the bathroom🙂

Great Location and Comfortable Space

Great location! Nice walking neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Easy walk to May River. Comfortable bed. WiFi was iffy but overall a great place to stay.

Just perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was right in the downtown area with loads of restaurant options and not far of a walk to the river. Everything was clean and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Quick Visit

Came for a 4 day family visit and loved the area on the last trip so we decided to stay in old town. The place was clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. Before arrival I was a bit concerned about finding parking but we had no problem.

Good location!

This property has everything I needed. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants. Parking easy. Stairs to access were no problem for me, but may be for someone else who cannot do stairs.
