Great location! Situated on Bridge St...between Calhoun and Oyster Factory Park this 700 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse is the perfect spot for a stay in Old Town. Walk to restaurants, galleries and shops..your options are wide open for things to do. Kayaks are welcome and small power boats can be accommodated and can be launched at Oyster Factory Park and Alljoy boat landing at no charge. The cottage has an eat-in kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and bath with shower along with a cute front porch. It is located in the Historic District where sidewalks afford you to walk anywhere in Old Town. Wifi and cable TV are included.

Beautiful property. Exactly what the pictures and descriptions advertised. Super quiet neighborhood short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend staying there.

This sweet cottage on Old Town was wonderful! The location was perfect for walking around the beautiful Old Town area. Sara was so very kind and a wonderful host; so appreciated all the amenities available and the house was so clean. Charming cottage

We highly recommend this VRBO, and plan to return again. The house was spotless and well stocked, Sara was a perfect hostess, and the location was excellent for purposes of enjoying Old Town Bluffton on foot.

Amazing place

Nice quiet bungalow to work in and very close to restaurants, and downtown hangouts. Lovely fitpit area in the back I wish I had a chance to use.

Little house had everything we needed including plenty of parking. The owner was welcoming and available. It’s an older property but clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Bluffton

A couple friends and I were down in the area to go fishing. This was the perfect little place for us. Quiet neighborhood but also within walking distance to downtown Bluffton. Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Would highly recommend!

Amazing southern cottage

I rent a lot of places through VRBO each has its special place. This will be our amazing Southern Cottage. Location is amazing walking distance to everything downtown, including homemade donuts around the corner. 12 foot ceilings perfect place for four people

We had an amazing time at this cabin. We were in town for the weekend and the location is perfect. Sara is a wonderful host and very helpful. We enjoyed talking with her. The cabin is very clean and exactly as described. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful quiet Southern location. Close to the May River and downtown. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Cottage had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The weather was cool and perfect for spending time on the front porch watching walkers bikers go by all day long.

Delightful Stay

I took my parents here for a little getaway and it did not disappoint. The cleanliness, comfort, layout, and location of this property was absolutely wonderful. We were quite satisfied with this property and what it had to offer. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch both in the morning and evening. Several shops and restaurants are less than a mile away and easily walkable. If we had a question or need, the owner was quick to respond. I would readily book another stay here based on my/our experience!

Bluffton Stay

Easter visit with family in Blufton.

The property itself is new and lovely. The hosts live next door and were extremely friendly and accommodating.Next time we visit our nephew and family we will certainly stay here again!

Charming and comfortable

It's even more quaint than the pictures show. Coffee and starter supplies are provided. Plenty of towels and bedding and it's spotless! Be sure to enjoy the artwork, inside and out. Bluffton has blocks and blocks of shops and restaurants- enough to dine somewhere different for at least a week and all within walking distance. Hope to return.
