Andrea and Nauti-Jayne set the standard for VRBO rentals! The cottage was adorable in the listing and even cuter in person. We stayed three nights for a wedding and couldn't have asked for a better location, more comfortable amenities, and exceedingly responsive host. We also appreciated the darling decor and whimsical touches that made the cottage and our stay so enjoyable. We hope to have another reason to visit Bluffton and will definitely seek out Nauti-Jayne again!

My Sister was staying with us for a visit and always enjoys being in the thick of things in Bluffton when she does. She has stayed in other condos, houses and apartments and by far this IS her Favorite. The Host was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had.It's a pretty sure bet that when she visits again, this will be her Second Home!

The home was just as shown although, I was late in checking my info, everything was perfect. I would definitely give this a big thumbs up to a couple or four adults who love quaint and cozy. Close by to everything to this lovely historic town.

A little on the pricey side but such a little gem! My gosh, this place was so well done in terms of design and cleanliness! Definitely could use additional window coverings, as tops of the bedroom windows are exposed so waking up early is pretty unavoidable. A bit of starter coffee for the first morning would've been a lovely addition to the well-appointed kitchen as well. I felt very safe and comfortable in this beautiful cottage and I absolutely loved that I could walk to the restaurants and coffee shops in the little downtown area nearby.

This house was perfect for us. We’ll definitely rent again when we come to Bluffton. And Bluffton is heat town to visit — attractive, good food, galleries, and totally walkable. We had to change our departure date and Andrea was gracious and did it right away. Overall: outstanding.

The house is charming and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the May River and the shops/restaurants in downtown Bluffton. The host was quick to respond to our concerns and lives next door.Unfortunately, the lack of adequate window coverings really put a damper on our stay. The shutters cover only the lower half of the windows throughout the house, including both bedrooms, creating privacy concerns since you can see in/out from neighboring houses and even the front porch. I can only imagine how bright the bedrooms would be on sunny mornings, though fortunately, it rained both mornings of our stay.On our first night, we were awakened around 3 a.m. by bright headlights shining into our bedroom from a truck parked in the empty lot across the street. The lights stayed on for over an hour, which was frustrating and unsettling. I messaged the host upon arrival and again after this incident, but there wasn’t much she could do. She explained that blinds were scheduled to be installed but that coordinating a time between guest stays had been a challenge. We stayed in early October, and I now see that other reviews had also mentioned the window coverings, so this concern had been raised previously.With proper blinds for privacy and light control, an upgraded coffee maker, a coffee table in the living room, and fewer knickknacks, this property could be a much more comfortable stay. The location is great, but these improvements would make a big difference.

This was a lovely little place, only a 2 minute walk to shops and cafes. The place was clean and comfortable, a perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend!
