We spent 5 nights here and it was the best. Close to the lower pool, close to the gondola to get to upper and right by the bridge to get to the tennis courts. Russ was amazing for responding and answering all my questions. We stayed with our two kids. The bunk bed was a huge hit and so nice having two bathrooms. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed. We can’t wait to stay again!

The property was great, but the unavailability of parking spaces in the loading zone (15 minute max) may not be best for everyone. 3 cars used those spaces the entire week we were there.

This was a wonderful property! The location was quick and easy to the gondola and hot tubs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.The whole place had a relaxing vibe.Russ was easy to communicate with if we need anything.

Very nice condo , clean, spacious & cozy. The location to the gondola was very convenient to ride up to the hill, restaurants. There is also a general store located on the property which was very handy. The only inconvenience was the location of the hot tubs we had access to.

We had the absolute best stay at Cozy Mountain Retreat backing onto Toby Creek. There was so much to do for the whole family. We’ve stayed at several places in the area over the years, and this was by far our favourite. The place was comfortable, well-kept, and perfectly located for both relaxing and enjoying activities. We will definitely be back!

Really nice spacious two bedroom condo. Appreciated all the kitchen appliances and spices. Bed was super cozy. The only downfall was there’s no elevator in the building so not super accessible if you have a baby and stroller. Great communication with the host as well.

Clean and cozy, great location. Loved that it faced the creek for a little privacy. Kids loved it, want to come back for a week. Place was clean and tidy, beds were outstanding and it was easy to find. Would definitely stay again

Second time staying here, loved it both times. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of glasses, cutlery and appliances. It has everything we needed and more. Great unit and always happy with our stay.

A good location literally steps from the base of the gondola, and in the same building as the grocery store. Quite comfortable, though the furniture is large and takes up a lot of room. Well equipped kitchen that's nice to work in. The owner is easy to communicate with and helpful. The check in process through Central Check In is seamless. There's no real view of anything from the windows or balcony if that's what you're looking for.

Family wedding in the Rockies

Enjoyed our short stay very much. We were situated very close to other family members also staying at Panorama which was great. Definitely recommend staying at this comfy Condo.

Great rental for family holiday

Great rental for a family holiday. Clean apartment and a kitchen with everything needed. Next to the village gondola. A little outdated building/halls but clean. Would rent again.

This was one of the best places we stayed in .in this resort. The owner was generous and the tools in the kitchen were handy. We had a problem with the fridge he took it to consideration and tried to fix the problem as fast as possible. I will definitely book again with Russ
