Prestige Family Home in Radium Hot Springs

This home has vaulted ceilings, skylights in kitchen, master bathroom and front entrance, tiled entrance way, laminate flooring, granite counter tops, cozy corner electric fireplace, plasma screen TV with DVD player and central air-conditioning.

The unit sleeps 7 people with king size bed in the master suite, queen size in the second bedroom and a queen size bed with twin bed in third bedroom.


The master suite has a gorgeous en suite with a large shower, his and her separate sinks, granite vanity and corner jetted tub. The master suite also has a walkout deck with a beautiful view of the Columbia Mountains.

The home has a gourmet kitchen with island and dining area – seating for 8 people.

The living room has an electric fireplace, flat screen TV and leather couch and love seat for all the comforts of home.

All furnishing ready for your arrival. Come and enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a relaxing drink after a great day of golf, skiing, hiking, biking, walking, horseback riding, etc... (The list is endless in Radium Hotsprings!).

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. The owners are always great with communication. The house is clean and has everything you need while on vacation! It’s become our favourite place to stay on our yearly trip to Radium!

Great place to stay, with all amenities. Quick responses from the hosts if something is needed. The only thing is there are stairs to go down to the house so if you have an impairment, it would be difficult.

Would have been nice to know upstairs only. The main issue was the beds they were really bad. The master was almost ok but the other two bedrooms beds were not good at all. The other issue was the TV it was outdated and the selection of channels was horrible. The linens were also very budget and did not feel good on the skin. The air conditioning worked great and the house was very clean. It certainly did not appear to be a family home it seemed to be a budget rental.

Radium - excellent

An excellent property that had Air conditioning! A real bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Host created an information binder - very useful.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the check in was easy.I would suggest replacing the towels. The towels provided were ripped and stained. I’m sure they were clean, but it felt like we were using an old rag.

The condition inside the property was excellent. Everything was well prepared, and they even provided toys for the baby, which was a very thoughtful touch. The space was clean and tidy overall, although the outdoor table and chairs were a bit dusty. The contact number listed on Expedia did not connect us directly to the owner, so when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water, we had to wait a few hours for a response through messages. However, we managed to figure it out ourselves fairly quickly, so it wasn’t a major issue. I really liked the layout of the house and the natural sunlight throughout. The main bedroom was especially spacious and comfortable.

The house was clean and prefect for our family. We visited 3 national parks, Kootenay, Yoho and Banff. They were a good distance apart, but the drives were beautiful. Having a nice "home" to come back to after a long day of hiking was great.

Amazing place for a nice getaway!

This house was definitely amazing to sum it all up. The photos in the listing is slightly misleading as it looks a lot better in person! The house was very spacious, clean, and it felt super comfortable.

Family getaway....

We rented this home for my family to a quick getaway to Radium for 5 days and the overall experience of the house rental was great! Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your place. I highly recommend this place and Dalyce was great to communicate with!

Wonderful stay in the Mountains

This is an excellent place to stay hidden in a quiet neighbourhood in Radium. Easy access to all amenities. We stayed with 7 adults and had plenty of space for everyone! Thank you for a beautiful stay

A fantastic getaway for the family

My family and I had an amazing time at the Loov residence. We came with a larger group but still had plenty of space. The kitchen and living room area were especially spacious and made for a very comfortable stay. Our hosts were fantastic with communication and provided an abundance of additional information to help make our trip as nice as possible. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is coming with a larger group.

Family Get Together

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Radium and in a lovely house. However, my grandson refused to sleep in the single bed because of the pink bed cover. Quite set in his ways.

Spacious, comfortable and clean

Homey space, plenty of room for the 7 of us. We were delighted to find a Christmas tree and a few decorations for the season. The kids used the games room nearly every night. Close to the hot springs and would consider staying here in the summer to utilize the trails.

The house was a great place to stay for our 4 day stay in Radium Ab Loved the master bedroom and bath. We found the kitchen and BBQ a great place to cook some fantastic meals.

Happy customer

House well organized with all amenities , BBC, Balcony , Good size rooms, good kitchen access to the swimming pools indoor and outdoor... we had good times there ... house needs some small repairs ... windows openers were falling off , leaks in the main kitchen faucet , wet bed sheets left on dryer when we got there... but we managed ... over all good experience , Thanks Guys !

Great value for the money

We had a “Brady Bunch” group; 5 teens and two parents. The house was perfect for us, lots of room to sit as a group, and plenty of space to go off and have some time to yourself. The place was well equipped, and the owners were easy to get ahold of and easy to deal with. The only thing I would say was a negative was the one bed that apparently didn’t get cleaned between guests and the missing towels that were found in the dryer at the end of our visit. Certainly not a deal breaker by any means. I’d rent this unit again if I had the opportunity. We had a great time!

We are a Canadian family in love with the Colombian Valley. We have only recently moved, but not to worry we have the BEST in concierge service that is right in RADIUM available 24 hours, and we of course are available 24 hours as well!




My wife and I traveled to the Columbia Valley in 2004 and realized how peaceful the valley was. We immediately started looking for a vacation property in the village of Radium Hot Springs. This is our third place. We enjoy the local culture and many of the local activities. We encourage anyone to come and enjoy the experience and scenery.

We enjoy pristine mountain views out our living room window and off the main deck. The bighorn sheep visit our backyard regularly. There are a lot of activities, summer and winter, for the entire family to enjoy.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Located in the heart of the Columbia Valley there are +/- a dozen championship golf course within an hour or so of driving (April to October) and +/- 6 mountain ski resorts within the same radius. Other activities include hiking, hotsprings (Fairmount and Radium), fishing, water rafting, cross country skiing, mountain biking and other family activities to participate in.
