Perfectly situated home with close proximity to the beach. House was clean and very well laid out! The owner was fast to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again

This home was the perfect place for our large family get-together, with plenty of room, beautifully decorated, immaculately kept, and a great location a short walk to the beach.

Host was easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. House was clean and spacious with 3 living areas. Our family of 12 stayed here comfortably without using pullout couches. 4 minute stroll through beautiful woods to the beach. It was also helpful that items such as tin foil, zip locs, dish soap and a few stations that could charge multiple devices at once. Definitely recommend this host/vacation rental.

Wonderful stay!

Our extended family had an wonderful time at this home as well as the proximity to the beach. Easy to walk and/or drop people off at the beach and head back to the house for forgotten items! Woukd surely stay again.

This property is EXCELLENT! Our host Neil was wonderful! Very communicative, very accommodating, very helpful.This house is so clean, very spacious…both inside and outside. It’s excellent for large groups. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of golf, shopping, and great restaurants nearby.I would definitely go back to this property.

Great property

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family. The layout of the spacious house and yard was ideal. The bedrooms and baths are well appointed and comfortable. The house is in close proximity to stores and services, yet nestled at the end of a cul de sac so private and quiet. The easy walk to the beautiful beach enabled us to take full advantage of all the property has to offer.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for a large group. There is plenty of room to split up for some alone time and large enough to gather as a large group . The house is clean ,comfortable , roomy with an amazing shower in the master bath and comfortable beds . The owner has pretty much thought of everything. I highly recommend this property.

The house was the perfect place as a base for our family to attend my granddaughter's wedding at the Borsari Gallery in Dennis. Everyone loved the accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out and have the sun room was amazing for the ladies to have their hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding. It could not have been better! All the bedrooms were comfortable and with six bedrooms, our family had their own private rooms.

From the moment we arrived we were so impressed. The layout of the house brings you together but also allows everyone to have their own space. Loved the two wings. Each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus each have their own laundry set up. Then you have a huge yard with sitting areas, a firepit, a Weber and a Blackstone for all your grilling needs. Then space for cornhole, etc. Anyone staying here will have a fabulous time!!

This home was beautiful, comfortable for our large extended family, and so convenient to the ocean! We enjoyed our little walks through the trail off the back of the property. The private beach was never crowded, the waves were gentle for our young children, and the sunsets were gorgeous. We appreciated the plethora of bedrooms and gathering spaces (3 living rooms!) The way the house was set up, in two wings divided by a central family room with doors on each side, was perfect for our family. That way our kids could go to bed earlier and not be woken up - and when *they* woke up earlier, we never bothered the late-sleeper-inners.The outdoor shower was nice and warm for rinsing off the sand, and we usually came in through the dining/sunroom so that we wouldn't get any remaining debris in the main parts of the house. We loved the fire pit for roasting s'mores all together.As a host, Neil was very responsive. Although checking out at 9:00am felt early and a little stressful for such a large group, he did waive a couple of the tasks to make it easier for us. That was much appreciated.If you're considering this home for your vacation, we would highly recommend it! It was a wonderful stay.

Great home in a great location

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful, clean and well appointed home on a serene street. the house is spacious and easily accommodates multigenerational families. Being one level was safe for our small grandchildren. Its proximity to the quiet and clean beach was a nice surprise - a 3 minute walk. It is closeness to shopping for essentials is a huge plus. The yard has multiple amenities for lazy days and evening fun is a treat. The owners offer their beach equipments and yard games to their guests, which is appreciated. Neil was a pleasure to communicate with and was prompt in his responses. We are considering the same house for future stays at Cape Code.
