House Rules:

Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

Dogs only. 2 Dogs max. 50lb weight limit. Pre-paid $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog required to be paid up front.

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes
are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are
9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
