The house was very clean and in addition to the complimentary wine we loved the fact there was coffee available. The real gem is the fact that you are within very short walking distance to trails and to the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. The views at near sunset are spectacular. The location is perfect as well right off the main road running through Sedona.

This was a great property for 3 couples. All rooms had king size VERY comfortable beds! The main room was open and had a nice sectional with a HUGE tv with great access to streaming as well as great internet connectivity. Kitchen was well equipted with it's own eating area for 6 in addition to the main open dining area with room for 6 more. Location is great; central to everything in and around Sedona but in a quite neighborhood with easy and just up the road access to a trail head. Overall very responsive and effective communication with the Host.
