Modern & airy with high ceilings, open floor plan, natural sunlight. gas fireplace, red rock views, internet & WiFi, well-equipped stainless steel kitchen, private meditation garden off the master with King size bed & ensuite bathroom. The other 2 private bedrooms have Queen size beds and share a bath in hallway. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room as well as on the covered back patio & a lovely backyard with flowering trees and gardens, covered patio, gas BBQ, fire pit table, outdoor dining area and a new, state-of-the-art hot tub as well as a greenhouse with seasonal fresh herbs.
The back yard is fully fenced and your fur baby pup will enjoy chasing a ball or frisbee there. We also have electric car hookup for Tesla & other EV vehicles. (Bring your own connection cables) Our new hot tub has colored lights and bluetooth speakers for relaxation & rejuvenation after hiking/exploring Sedona's beautiful sites. We are walking & biking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants & Whole Foods. We love that we are located on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined location with fabulous sunsets and occasional hot air balloons floating by. Located very close to red rock trails, galleries, fabulous restaurants, wineries & shopping as well as the Sedona Film Festival. We are also close to the staging area for the annual Sedona Mountain Bike Festival. Off street parking for 2-3 vehicles plus the EV hook up is outside garage on the right. You will love coming back to our serene, dreamy hide-away with all the conveniences of home after enjoying Sedona's wonderful sights & activities.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home including all the basics as well as several extras such as a heart shaped waffle iron, battery powered creamer whip for your coffee or tea, EVOO (olive oil) and a few basic dried seasonings and herbs, cinnamon & vanilla..
We have board games & card games for adults & kids including chess/checkers, Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, Phase 10 and several more plus ring toss for the backyard.

Great property and host. Our dogs enjoyed the fully fenced backyard while we bbq and enjoyed all the seating. The home was clean and we'll appointed. We didn't use the fire table, but the spa was great. Thank you for a great weekend.

Serenity House is a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and provided thorough directions on how to use the hot tub, fire pit, BBQ etc. The check out process was seamless. Would definitely recommend this property and we would love to stay there again in the future!

Beautiful property that was exactly as advertised and was in an excellent location in West Sedona, just minutes from Uptown Sedona and numerous great restaurants. We didn't go hiking because we had our dog with us and it was a little warm, but overall really enjoyed our stay. Communication from our hosts Katie and George was timely and detailed, especially regarding check-in, check-out, and great recommendations for dog-friendly restaurants. Next time we head up to Sedona we'll definitely try to stay in this lovely home again.

Beautiful home in a great location! The hot tub was amazing and the fire table provided just the right amount of heat to keep us warm while we dried off from our evening “dip”

Very lovely home. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Nice backyard with hot tub. Great location close to the Airport Mesa hike and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location, location, location! This home was close to everything we wanted to do in/near Sedona. The king bed in the master bedroom was SUPER comfortable. I asked a lot of questions and Katie was always very quick to respond.

Place was spotless upon arrival. Easy communication. Nice amenities. Everything worked properly. House climate was very easy to control. Very quiet neighborhood was a big plus!!
