We loved our condo. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the Sphere! we enjoyed being able to walk through each tower and straight to the MGM grand. You really don’t have to leave the MGM grounds. They have everything there. Will recommend and stay again! Thank you for a fabulous place to stay.

Great Place

We were in town to see the EAGLES !! We were able to see the Sphere from the balcony ! It is walkable if you like !! I had a couple of questions during our stay and the Host answered within MINUTES!! Fantastic place FANTASTIC HOST !!!

The place is excellent and looks just like the pics. Only thing I was disappointed in were not having chairs on the balcony. Otherwise, the place is fantastic!

Amazing Place and great location

Vegas Getaway!

The condo was beautiful! We enjoy a kitchen ! It was clean and well stocked with essentials. The bed was super comfortable; we slept great. It was a great place to relax after a long, busy day on the strip. Easy walk to the strip! Our host was the best! Thank you for a fun getaway!

Perfect Apartment- Perfect Location

It‘s just amazing to stay here. The Apartment is very big - providing lots of space. Everything is clean. Hufe Bathroom - and nice view at the Sphere! We just love it. The location is awesome - close to the Monorail and Strip. And of course you can use the facilities oh MGM inclusive the lazy river. We lovef our stay. Would stay there again.

Perfect for families

Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely.

Best on the strip

Best views on the strip. Great communications with owner. In spite of the cyber issues in Vegas - the owner navigated through to make check in easy and painless. Property was as advertised - roomy -clean and very comfortable. Will definitely book here again.

Mom's first trip to Vegas!

My mom is 73 years old and this was her first trip to Vegas! The suite was beyond what we both expected. She absolutely loved the layout, amenities and comfortable setting. And the view of the Sphere at night was an added bonus. There's a Von's located on E. Twain Ave, a few mins from the suite by car. This allowed us to grab a few groceries to cook up a couple of meals in the fully equipped kitchen. And the jacuzzi in the master bathroom allowed for a very relaxing soak after a full day of walking, which she really appreciated! I would say, she truly enjoyed her first trip to Vegas!

SIGNATURE

All was nice except there were ciggerete buts on the patio. It would have been nicer if we had had the option of cleaning service every day. We ran out of clean towels after 36 hours.

Well appointed & attractive

Minor updates, such as a new couch and a modernized bedroom made this unit comfortable and relaxing. We have stayed in a number of different units at the Signature over the past 10 years, and more recently, some of them are starting to look a little tired. The owners of this unit have replaced the couch and dining chairs, upgraded the light fixture in the dining room and removing the dated giant desk from the bedroom and created an additional seating area, which really upgraded this unit. Really appreciated the little touches.

Amazing!!

This was the best stay in Vegas. Our host was so attentive and friendly. Veronica was so patient with me and all of my 100 questions. The unit was so clean and inviting. The decor was top notch. It is a short hike to the MGM. I timed it and from tower 3 it was literally only 5 minutes so not bad at all. There were many towels, blankets and extra pillows available. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen items you will need. A plus because we did not have to call down for anything. Not many rooms come with balconies in Vegas and this was a nice addition, overlooking the strip. The building is very secure. The security was always down in the lobby watching and welcoming all registered guests. (No stragglers were hanging around) We felt very safe. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, tons of space

The view alone and ease of access to the pool was worth 10 stars! Couple warnings though- If you’re planning on being out late, be prepared to either use valet in tower 2 (this is tower 3) or MGM and walk a bit as they shut down valet to tower 3 sometime between 9 and 10. MGM is not in this property, it is separate. There are walkways which is super convenient, but it’s a large property so there’s a bit of walking. Valet made me a bit nervous a couple times especially after I heard a woman reprimanding them as they had misplaced her keys, then called her threatening to tow her car. When she came back out and was arguing with them about it, they found her keys. They did have them the whole time. Tower 1 has the lounge, Starbucks, and little corner store. Tower 3 has a really nice pool and waterfall area. I believe they all 3 have gyms. Also, we believe the garbage disposal in our room may be going out. It was making a strange sound and the sink drained slower than we would like. It was amazing though. The bedroom and balcony views were breathtaking. There was plenty of space and we were all comfortable. The tub in the bedroom was so comfortable with arm rests. The host was amazing and kept in communication the entire time with us as we were super late checking in after getting stuck in a snow storm in Flagstaff.

We stayed here for two nights while we went to a show at the Sphere and the location was perfect. You can actually see the sphere from the balcony of the room. Also very close to the light rail. The Valet parking was such great bonus, and the place was so clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again.
