Ceiling in the bottom room has a leak that we were told the owners are aware of. It looked as if it had been patched once already and was leaking again with black staining on the ceiling. Beds were not comfortable. Everything else was as advertised.

Everything was great! I am usually a beach person but this house definitely made me want to come back to the mountains! My son loved the pool and theatre room! Will stay again soon!

Beautiful home. There were some plumbing issues that they immediately had fixed. Would definitely stay with them again.

Great View and Great Location
This property was fantastic. It accommodated 9 people (3 families) with no issues and was a super easy drive to the parkway.

Our stay at pooling around
Property is great, everything was clean and ready. Pool was ready and the hot tub was hot and ready as well. There were extra towels and blankets available. Nature was amazing and the neighbors quiet.

BOTH King beds need new mattresses. They were both HORRIBLE and caused both of the couples in our party major sleep issues. They dipped inward so badly that you had no choice but to sleep in the middle of the mattress in a hole that you couldn’t roll out of. Because of this, it interfered very much with how we felt during our vacation. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this cabin to future guests until both beds are replaced. Otherwise, the cabin was nice.

Family vacation
The cabin was beautiful and had great views. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the movie room and pool.

The house was very nice in which it allowed us to spend time together as a family but also provided enough space for us to spread out. Having an indoor pool along with the outdoor hot tub was areat! Any questions or issues we had, the host was very quick to respond! Very easy access to Gatlinburg and not too bad to get to Pigeon Forge via back roads. Thanks for the great memories!

Wonderful
We stayed with our kids and grandkids and it was amazing.
So much space in the cabin, very clean. This inside pool was a big hit with our grandkids. Will stay there again.

Great Location!
We really enjoyed this cabin. We had 10 people stay and there was plenty of room. The kids really ejoyed the pool and the view was amazing. Our only complaint was there was not enough towels. Other than that, it was a great place!

Family Long Weekend
The property has a great view! There is no longer a gas grill, but there’s a park style grill you will need charcoal for. Our kids loved the pool and theatre room!

Overall Good Experience
Cleanliness seems to be an ongoing issue for this cabin. My wife wasn’t thrilled, but communication with management and the views were great.

Great location, beautiful home
This cabin was laid out really well and in a great location. The views are gorgeous and it was super easy to get to downtown gatlinburg from the cabin. We had 1 issue that was promptly taken care of. I liked that the property manager was in contact often throughout our stay and they were easy to get ahold of. We had 2 families with 4 kids and had plenty of space. The floors seemed a bit dirty, so they could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, but everything else was great.

Excellent Property and Views!
The cabin was excellent and was able to accommodate a large group with small kids. The amenities were great as well. Pool was absolutely clutch with kids! The visitors before us left quite a mess so the cleaning crew had quite a task, and it resulted in us having to do some cleaning ourselves which wasn't ideal, but the management company made it right. There is no gas grill as shown in the pictures, just a charcoal campsite grill. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

The cabin was very clean and in a great location! We did loose power our first night for about 8 hours there were no candles or flashlights in the cabin which made it very difficult with children. A lot of our food did go bad as well as we arrived around 9pm and the fridge hadn’t cooled yet with our groceries then the power went out around 12pm. The hot tub was nice but I don’t think it ever got above 100 degrees we did reach out to the company who sent someone very fast but he just told us it would heat up give it more time although it never did. The listing said the pool was heated that is not true the room was warm but the water was ice cold when we reached out to the company they never responded about the pool. Very minimal supplies in the home. Both king beds were very hard and uncomfortable but the bunkbeds were great. We enjoyed our stay but this cabin could definitely use some more work especially for the price.

Beautiful cabin
The cabin was beautiful but lacks somewhat in cleanliness. I spent my first night there mopping floors. Reached out to Aunt bugs rental and was told that they would get to the bottom of it. Whatever that means. I would advise Matt’s for kitchen and entrance of cabin. Hopefully they will get their cleaning issues resolved. I would love to stay again. The pool was a plus for our grands. There was also an ant problem.

Christmas gift!
This was a Christmas gift to my parents and my children and family! We had a blast the location was perfect the place was amazing and had beautiful views and was exactly what was listed. I have one tiny recommendation but it’s just a tiny one maybe have two hair dryers since there is a pool on the property most people have gotten into the habit of not taking a hair dryer but that is only a tiny recommendation everything else was perfect! It is a beautiful place!! We will be back!
