Very nice property! Backyard was really nicely setup for relaxing and enjoying friends. Enjoyed our stay and our host was great with communication and making sure we had a good time.

Lovely house in an excellent location. Plenty of space for a gathering of friends or family. Backyard a nice bonus with hot tub, fire-pit and nicely kept common areas. Would definitely stay here again!

We were 5 adults staying for a week visiting family in Grand Junction. Place was very clean and we had everything we needed. Matthew was a great host - easy to communicate with. We used the lovely outdoor space and the hot tub often. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Location a was good too - near the downtown and close to Lincoln Park where there are lots of pickleball courts.

This place was absolutely perfect! It was exactly like the pictures. Super comfortable and centrally located to everything we needed to be near. The bedding was soft and beds were comfortable. Great communicators. Flawless checkin and checkout. Situated on a very large lots. Parking was ideal. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! Loved it

Family Celebration of CMU Senior

Amazing house in Grand Junction

We stayed a few days in this lively house in GJ. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city, vineyards, hiking etc. the house has everything you need with plenty of great beds, eating areas and just a nice place to hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped, clean and inviting. The backyard is perfect for s’mores, hanging, grilling, eating, playing… Absolutely loved this place!
