This house is located in largely sought-after Beacon Hill/Columbia City, and is a peaceful, homely and wonderful place to stay. The convenient location is ideal in Seattle; it's very close to many grocery stores (PCC, QFC, Safeway...), restaurants, parks, public transportation methods, VA Medical Center, International District, Downtown, and much more... You can essentially go anywhere from this home.
There is a short distance walk to several bus stops and the link light rail station, from which you can go to locations such as Pike Place Market, Downtown Seattle, Sports Stadiums, Capitol Hill, the airport and UW Husky Stadium.

Tom was very quick to respond to any question I asked and made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect for connecting to all the places we wanted to visit. The home was set up well for providing us with everything we needed in the mornings & evenings. The deck was a peaceful oasis all during the day!

We stayed there before our cruiseand had plenty of room and the house was very comfortable. The back deck was also nice. The Blue Angels were in town and we had a nice view and a few times they flew right over the house. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Seattle area

The property is in a great location for gettin out and around the Seattle area. It was clean and comfortable for our family. Communication and check-in was really easy. We really appreciated the stay and enjoyed our time.

A very clean house in a beautiful quiet setting. Exactly as advertised. We had 6 adults and the 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths was perfect for all of us!

Obviously more suitable for a larger group, we are only a couple, and as an older couple were surprised that all the bedrooms were in the basement down a fairly steep staircase. The main sofa in the TV room was uncomfortable.There seemed to be a frequent telephone type noise which we couldn't trace which was a little annoying. Overall a very pleasant stay with plenty of room, good facilities, comfortable bed and pleasant decor.

Really great location for our needs, perfect for 2 couples. The space was really wonderful and the porches surrounded by trees provided a lot of privacy. Highly recommend.

Comfortable vacation

Comfy beds, quiet space, nice deck, had everything we needed. We enjoyed putting the puzzle together after a full day of sightseeing.

Home felt lived in, rather than a vacation home as I expect from Vrbo. Food left in fridge, fridge and freezer shelves not wiped down, many blinds throughout the home broken and bent, mildew on master bath blinds, shampoos already open and used, dust and spider webs in places, furniture very worn and piece-mealed together, new light fixtures needed in bathrooms. Bedrooms are on the lower level. I appreciate this family opening their home to us and wish them the best but I would not rent this home again.

Great spot, comfortable house!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this roomy house! Everything was as described, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Highly recommend Flora Bakehouse for breakfast and Tutta Bella for dinner!

My wife and I with our kids enjoy traveling very much, and we try to travel somewhere new every year! While we travel away, we were thinking about our hometown and realized pacific northwest is awesome place, so we opened our space on VRBO.
We would love for guests to travel to Seattle and explore what our mazing hometown has to offer.

There is a nice, spacious living room area, with a view of the flora nearby. Hallways and rooms are warmly lit! This house has stairs that lead to the lower level of the house. All 3 bedrooms are located on the lower level and are all supplied with top-of-the-line bedding and pillows. Also on the lower floor are 2 full bathrooms. 1 guest bathroom is located near the top of the stairs. Master Bedroom has a full King-sized bed, Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 both have queen sized beds.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

It is setting in Cul-de sac, private and quiet place; It's easy to access public transportation such as the Link Light Rail, which goes all the way to the UW (Stadium), or to Angle Lake, SeaTac Airport, and the bus route 106 on MLK. On Rainier, the 36 goes to the International District! Also, you can simply just walk to Columbia City for great places to eat.
