Rooms are all very clean. The host is communicative, helpful, and friendly. Plenty of shops within walking distance. Plenty of different shopping, restaurants, parks, a farmers market, and activities for kids

Five stars for location! With just steps to great shops, restaurants, and coffee — we enjoyed our time at Sherry’s home in Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood. Communication with Sherry was easy; she responded quickly. We did find the rooms a bit small, but spent most of our time in the living area or out and about. If you want to be close to the action, this is your place!

I booked this unit for a return to Seattle. My wife, son and I moved away the year before after 13 years of living in Seattle's Columbia City. We were back for a wedding and to see old friends. Wanted to stay close to our old home because the neighborhood is great and has all the things you'll need for a trip. Coffee shops, groceries, restaurants and access to public transportation. The unit itself was pretty much as described. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Most of the amenities a group or family will need during their stay. Good value for the amount of space you get. My only criticism is not unique to this property. It is that the unit has definitely been used over the years and is showing signs of wear and tear. The townhome could use a deep cleaning and some tightening up of shelves, cabinets, scuffed walls and the like. As someone who has used short term rentals for 10 years, I'm starting to see this situation more and more. Not unique but noted.
