BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Had a great stay. Super clean. Amazing area

I had an awesome stay! - close to walking trails - modern - fast wifi - spotless on arrival - very quiet at night. I slept like a baby - in a nice tree lined neighborhood - good communication from the host definitely coming back in a few months :)

Bright and Clean Private Basement Suite

The communication from the property managers was excellent and ongoing. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The unit is newly renovated and well-appointed. There is a full-size fridge, stove and microwave as well lots of cupboard space. There are plenty of dishes, kitchenware and cutlery which made our stay much more convenient. There is also a toaster and coffee maker available for those who wish to use it; as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner are provided, as well as adequate clean towels. There is a small seating area and tv available; this unit was the perfect size for the two of us. My only critique was that we had no wifi available during our stay. The hosts were very receptive to our inquiries and made an effort to resolve it, but unfortunately we were only there for a short time so we didn't see the resolution. The unit is well loctated and on a busy street, but ample free parking is available on the side streets. I would recommend this place to others and would be pleased to stay there again i the future.
