Escape to 405E Regency Towers, a beautifully designer-furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Gulf-front condo located directly on the beach. This inviting unit offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sands from both the living area and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom offers particularly amazing views overlooking the Beach during Sunrise.

Regency Towers amenities include a large 25 x 50 swimming pool nestled by the dunes and on-site tennis courts. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

This condo is pet-friendly for small dogs only, 25 pounds or less, with a $200 pet fee.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from June 5th, 2027 through August 14, 2027, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute! Love that it was pet friendly, and the trolley stop just outside the property was handy for going out at night and not having to drive!

We love Regency Towers. They have everything you need. Perfect location, clean condo, well stocked with kitchenware towels etc. Comfortable seating in living room. Thank you so much for letting us bring our dogs, they had a blast at dog beach!

One of the best places I've stayed with amazing beach views right from the porch. Its also conveniently located to shops and restaurants. However, the best part was the host who was absolutely amazing and accommodate us with some last minute changes. This definitely made our vacation a memorable one. I would definitely stay here again anytime im in pensacola.

The property was very convenient and the balcony from the 4th floor had a perfect view of the beach and ocean. i spent many hours on listening to the waves!

Great Condo with a Perfect Location

The condo was clean and comfortable and the beach access is excellent. Communication ahead of our stay was clear and we had no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

Booked this condo because listing states access to tennis courts. Property rental company said they had no key/card to access the tennis courts and if any were available that they would be in the condo. None in condo. A/C fan was very noisy. Overall, pretty clean, but pantry door has not been cleaned in an extremely long time as about 1/4 of the length of the opening side by doorknob was extremely dirty. Somewhat cleaned it myself. Also, unsure if the main bedroom quilt has been washed recently as there was some small blood spots on it as well as one of the pillow sham covers. There is an issue with the main doorknob lock. If you lock it, the key sometimes took a while before we could get it unlocked. Had to only use the deadbolt. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish soap as they provide NO backups, only what is on the rolls at time of arrival. Did not waste time calling rental company on these negative items as past review book in condo stated that maintenance never came to fix issues others had called about. Other than listed issues, remaining overall stay was great. Excellent view from 4th floor balcony. For the cost to stay here, I would have expected a little more overall.

Amazing family vacation!

We love Pensacola Beach! The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. We plan to come back to this exact condo again. One of the best things about it is the large balcony with the perfect ocean view!
