Regency Towers 205 West offers two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eight people - perfect for a family vacation! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an adjoining primary bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds, and there are an additional two twin size roll-away beds available.

Regency Towers is in a great location on Pensacola Beach and the towers directly face the Gulf of Mexico. The beach resort features a number of amenities, including a community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. There are several attractions nearby, so you can spend the day riding wave-runners on the water or shopping for the perfect souvenir. Tv wasn’t working on Saturday check-in. Worked for about two hours went out again. Someone came on Tuesday. Called the provider. Couldn’t get a repairman until the following Saturday- my checkout day. I’m 77. Limited physical abilities so the tv was my only entertainment as the Vrbo listed as entertainment- the tv. Of course looking at ocean and beach was beautiful but night did come. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Also there were bird feathers everywhere. And a black hair in a bowl in pantry. So I didn’t use any utensils. I could have washed everything but wasn’t my idea idea of a vacation. Definitely won’t be back to this facility.

I loved everything about this stay! The condo as clean, beautiful, and check in was easy. Very easy access to beach. Close to all amenities and restaurants. 10/10, I will recommend. I’m excited for my next visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING VIEW! Just a few feet from the beach. Comfortable and cozy. Furnishings are just what you would think a beach cottage should be. We will be back next year! Deck furniture definitely needs to be updated. Perhaps a small high top dining table and comfortable chairs. Don’t forget to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods.

Great location for this unit. The furniture needs cleaning or replacing in the living area. The bed in the master was ok...mattress could use replacing as well.

Constant construction

The view of the condo is beautiful. When we arrived we noticed that there was a broken window on the door leading to the balcony with red tape all over the window. Monday morning we woke up to some construction noise next door. My 83 year old mother loves having coffee on the balcony in the morning afternoon and evening. There were construction workers working in the condo above us. One night there was so much screaming noises in the lobby between 1-230am. When I called they said it was people leaving the building. Review the film if you have cameras. It was not people leaving. Wednesday we were told that we were not going to be able to use our balcony. They were going to be painting it for a 3-4 day process. They moved the patio furniture in the master bedroom taking up 1/4-1/2 of the walking space and blocking the view of the ocean. The construction noise was so loud that you could not gave a conversation in the entire condo. This noise was a wake up call at 8am and lasted for about 2 hours. They were breaking up concrete on the condo floor above ours. The patio furniture was homemade and would not stack. We enjoyed our first 2 days because we were able to overlook the construction in the lobby staircase. After that it got unusable and not pleasant considering the circumstances. My mother was wanting a nice peaceful week. She took us to Pensacola beach every year for 20 years. We wanted to see her enjoy it again. There was no notification that there would be construction such as this. Ice maker on refrigerator only has crushed ice. I would have also thought that the beach chairs would have been more usable. This was not the trip I was looking for in the beautiful beaches of Pensacola. I am wanting an explanation. There were several emails sent to me. Nothing mentioning construction of this magnitude. I have pictures and videos to share with you if your interested.

Great vacation

Found the perfect spot….this little gem was a great place to stay. Being able to witness and welcome the Blue Angels coming home was the best! All we had to do is walk to the beach and enjoy the fly by! Love the location…away from the hustle!

The perfect place

I can't say enough about this amazing property! The size, the furnishings, the rooms, the balcony, the proximity to the beach....it was all just perfect! Next time we come, we want to stay for the entire week! After 20 years of coming to Florida for vacation, we have finally found the perfect place.
