Very clean. Unit is more dated than the photographs indicate. Still worth the price. (We got a half off summer rate) We had a couple minor issues. Response from the unit manager was spectacular. The property location is wonderful. Beach service is so, so. If you rent chairs the rental company allows people to sit in your chairs without making them move, set up in front of you ect. The beach is lovely and uncrowded. The pool on the river side is really nice. Pool on the beach side, not in the best shape. It’s between two building so it is shaded part of the day. * well stocked kitchen except they only have VERY scratched Teflon pans. If you try to avoid PFAS. Might have to bring your own. * master bedroom mattress is harsh* TV in the 3rd bedroom only has Netflix We would stay here again.

We apologize the unit felt more dated than the photos and for the issues you noted. We will review the listing photos and update them as needed. We’ll also pass your notes to maintenance/management about the beach-side pool condition and the master bedroom mattress to explore improvements. Regarding the scratched Teflon pans, we’ll evaluate safer cookware options. We’ll also clarify the streaming options for the third-bedroom TV in the listing.
