Cute and Comfortable Beachfront Condo

Close to all of the excitement, but far enough away for a peaceful vacation. Sandy Key is a gated community located on white sand beaches with emerald green waters. This is a bright and spacious second floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy the convenience of easy loading and unloading using the stairs or elevator. Master bedroom features a king size bed with gorgeous views and access to the balcony. Guest bedroom has accommodations for 5 with a full size bed and bunk bed with another full size bed on bottom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen and dine on the large private balcony at sunset. The kitchen has granite counter tops and all necessary cookware and appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 as well as 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Relax in the large living room with the flat screen TV, DVD, free WIFI, games, puzzles, books and more. There is a full size washer and dryer in this unit for all of your laundry needs. It is a quick walk outside to the beach, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grills and picnic area. The state of the art fitness center is located on the first floor of this building. This unit is sure to meet all of your vacation needs.

We loved the Condo. Clean and super Comfortable. Our biggest complaint was that we could not see the sunsets. Not from our big beautiful balcony or from the beach. It was really strange. That is one thing we love about going to the beach is the sunsets. Everthing else about the condo was spot on. One of the beat we have stayed.

Great place to stay that is convenient to the beach, has beautiful views and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Host graciously gave us suggestions for eating out. We tried them all and were not disappointed. Would definitely return to property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It looked exactly like the listing! Everything was clean and it was a perfect location! We were right on the beach and close to the pool! Will definitely rent this unit again!

Loved our stay! The condo is even better than the pictures, very spacious! Perfect location! The beach wasn’t too crowded and is just steps away. Very family friendly. Highly recommend!

Great Condo

Awesome location on the beach

This place fit our needs for our stay. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the dolphins play in the morning. We enjoyed all of what the condo provided. We would definitely stay again.

beautiful interior

We loved everything, however, I'm handicap and did not like that I had to take sheets off the beds, my son was with us so I had his to do also! Since I'm paying a large cleaning fee, I thought that would be included as it is at most condos I've stayed at in Perdido Key. That about wore me out as I can't breathe very well. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Short getaway

Really nice place

If I could rate it better than a 10 I would. Every kitchen utensil you can think of. Just bring some pot holders. View is great. Loacation is great. Communication with owner was quick. Property has security and gated parking. Helpful management office. Two pools and a hot tub unit has starter amenities

Great trip

Loved to be just steps to the beach and a beautiful dinning view on the balcony. The beds were comfy after a long day in the sun. There were a few minor things I'd recommend but doesn't change my rating.

Perfect Little Spot!

Our family loved this condo for our fall break get away. It is clean, the furniture is in good condition, and the beds are comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you need. The pans/skillets are in rough shape (non-stick surfaces very scratched and flaked into food) so we ended up finding other ways to cook without them. You can’t beat the location to the beach. This second floor condo has great, unobstructed, views of the beach. Coming and going from the beach was a breeze. We especially loved that there are no stairs to go up/down to the beach. This made pulling our wagon so easy. My kids really loved the pool and it was close enough to the condo that we could sit on the balcony and watch them swim. We will definitely remember this condo for future beach trips.

Our new vacation spot

Wonderful condo! It was very clean, updated, and kid friendly. All of the extra charger ports were great and the detachable shower heads were a plus ! We're a family that always cooks at the condo or grills outside and the fully stocked kitchen was great. Condo is on the second floor right by the stairs so it was a super short walk down to the grill, pool, and beach. Our entire family loved everything about the condo and we will definitely be back again!
