This location is exactly as described. The host was very responsive with questions I asked. We would recommend this beautiful spot ten times over for anyone with small children or anyone looking for a great couples getaway. The condo management was very friendly as well. 10 out of 10! Thank you Dale! Your beach getaway was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Great stay. With two kids under 6, we were looking for somewhere close to the water, which is very difficult to find. End of the boardwalk is less than 50 steps from the water, with a storage area for your beach items on the ground floor.Zero issues with anything at the property. Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable. Only thing I would change is adding a couple of lounge chairs to the balcony. The dining table is great, and we had multiple meals out there with our children. But would’ve liked to be able to sit out there in the mornings/evenings as well.

This property was perfect for our family! We have stayed at Sandy Key before and are always pleased with the accommodations. This was the first time booking Dale's condo. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived and was stocked with the basic essentials needed for our stay, The beds were super comfy and the condo was large enough to allow our small children to run around. The balcony was also large enough and safe to let the kids wonder. Dale contacted me the day after our arrival to make sure we were good and to let us know he was available if needed. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Perdido Key!

Excellent location, steps from pool and beach. Cute condo, easy parking, carts to take luggage up to condo, quiet and family friendly.

Great stay, loved the area and the amenities.

Conga was as advertised, clean and well stocked. The amenities were nice, beach was clean and we love the Perdido area as it is a little less crowded.

The condo was just as described and was perfect for our family. I loved the location and easy access to the beach and pool. Dale was great with communications with me. Would book again if we stay in the area again.
