Previous guests have particularly enjoyed: our location; comfortable beds (king beds in both bedrooms); 1100 sq. feet of spacious, well-decorated comfort; well-equipped kitchen; generous storage (pantry and closets); convenient beach access; proximity to premier island restaurants and attractions (i.e. Louis', Laguna Bob's, Tequila Sunset, Viva on the bay and Coco Beach on the beach). Higher than average ceilings enhance the feeling of spaciousness.

This house originally belonged to one of the early developers of South Padre Island. It was moved off the beach and put up on concrete block stilts. We subsequently added the downstairs apartment.

Owners reserve the upstairs for our own use. Owner management eliminates costly management fees, resulting in competitive rates.

Our second home

We love the warm cozy feel of the house. Our kids enjoy it so much. This place feels like our beach house, we wish we could come every weekend.

Great Little Place & Location

This is a hidden gem. Very clean, quiet, and convenient. Saved it to my favorites for future trips. Walking distance to bayside entertainment district, and far enough away from beachside bars to enjoy the peaceful part the island beach. Best of both worlds. Thank you, Lucy! Steve P.

Great property

This house is a great place to stay located close to the beach. Owner was always available for questions and the place is exactly as shown on site. Very clean and the right size for a small family. Located very close to many restaurants and fun activities that are walking distance. Hope to be back soon!

An Island Gem

It was a home away from home experience. Everything with our stay was a breeze from check-in to location. The home was very clean, well stocked and right across the street to the beach. Close to shops & restaurants. King-size beds were really comfy and the living room was spacious and had games, puzzles and books for use. Outside hoses came in handy! Lucy, the homeowner, was so thoughtful and accommodating. She let us book an extra night last minute and we would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve. The extra beach accessories they had were a nice bonus too. I could go on and on with the positives. We visit the island yearly and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lucy!

Will book here again!

The house was the perfect size for my family of 4. It was a beautiful home. Very clean. Lucy was great at communicating with us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and both beds were king size. The location was also perfect. Short walk to the beach/restaurants. She also had a book that had menus for all the restaurants! It was very helpful. We didn’t spend much time at the house but the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook all your meals there. We will definitely try to stay here every time we visit south padre!

Just Perfect.

We had an excellent stay and loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The house was fully equipped and we used the kitchen to cook multiple meals and had everything we needed. The landlady was very kind and attentive and even informed us of fireworks that would be happening in the evening. Highly recommend.

Definitely stay again

Property was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen equipped with cookware and dishes. Beach access across the street. This house was perfect. Communication with owner was so awesome. Very welcoming and so nice. We loved it and will definitely stay again. We found our summer vacation spot!

Great Stay

The property was perfect for our family vacation. It is walking distance to the beach and the house had a couple beach chairs and boogie boards to use. We traveled a long distance and did not bring beach accessories, so it was great to have these on hand. The kitchen was well equipped and the A/C worked great. It was very clean! There is a outdoor area to rinse off after visiting the beach. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our stay was was quiet and comfortable. Very easy check-in and check-out. Great communication from owner. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect cozy home!

What a wonderful place Lucy has! The home was so cozy with plenty of space for us! We loved how close the beach was and how many nearby places were in walking distance. Home was clean and had all we needed. We love SPI so we can’t wait to come back and this home as our stay again!

Quaint and Cute

113 Marlin was the perfect accommodation for a get away with my daughter. It was close to the beach as well as the bay to watch sunsets. The hosts are friendly and gracious. Not much “seating area” outdoors, however, there were only 2 of us so it worked just fine.

Our first stay in a single property Condo

I don’t think we will stay any other way moving forward . Everything was great it was like being at home only better because the beach was just less than a block away We were looking forward to grilling no grill and we didn’t buy one because I wasn’t sure if it was allowed. But other than that hospitality was fantastic! Can’t wait to visit again

Beautiful beach home close to everything

This is a beautiful beach home close to everything that South Padre Island has to offer. Owner Lucy is welcoming and a great host. The house is barely a block at most from the beach, many local restaurants, bars, the carnival and the bay. Overall excellent. Thank you, Lucy.

Wonderful

Communication with owner was great. Check in and check out was easy. The beach house was very nice and walking distance to the beach. My family liked that there was a shower outside to wash the sand off. The beds were comfortable too. Close to stores and restaurants. I would recommend staying here while in South Padre. Very Clean!

I was very impressed with how clean the house was! It was pristine!!! The beach access was very close, basically just had to cross the street. Loved having a shower on the outside of the property to rinse off so you don't track a bunch of sand inside. The only thing was the property had a strong musty smell at the beginning but after a couple days it definitely wore off. Regardless, we would happily stay here again!

This property is located in a prime area of the island. Proximity to the beach as well as the bayside and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues makes this an ideal location. The summer fireworks over the Entertainment District can be seen very well from the end of our driveway on Tuesday and Friday nights at 9:15 p.m.
