The first floor entails a cozy 2nd living room area and TV, washer dryer room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchenette, which is located next to the pool area. The second floor entails two spacious bedrooms, main living area, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate our guests cooking needs! Over-sized wrap around balcony can be accessed from bedrooms and pool. The backyard of this home is a tropical paradise offering a NEW private heated pool. Its the perfect area for guests to relax while on vacation! Casa de Tortuga South Padre Island is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering guests easy access to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets in the evening!

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
