The pool is just steps away. The cottage is in the perfect location, surrounded by lush greenery and flowering planets. It's the perfect getaway for those seeking a cozy, beach retreat.

This area is remarkably beautiful. You will feel like you just step into a magazine while visiting this area. Take a stroll or bike ride down Scenic 98. Grocery stores (Publix & Whole Foods), Destin Commons, restaurants, and activities are all less than a mile away. Silver Sands Premium outlet is 5 miles away. Destin Harbor (Harbor Walk Village) is 5 miles away. This cottage is truly the perfect location!

Please note this cottage is not baby/toddler proof. We do provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for you to put on. This cottage has stairs for you to climb and can keep the door shut away from the stairs.

No Pets Allowed

1 vehicle allowed in parking lot, 1 parking passes will be issued and has to be displayed in vehicle at all times. No boats, RV’s, wave runners or trailers allowed to be parked in parking lot.

Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if unit is occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check outs to help decrease any chances of contamination.
