Love this condo. It was clean and very well maintained. Check in/out was a very easy process. Getting in touch with the host during our stay was simple. We will stay here again!

This was such a cozy and spacious condo! The view of the canal off the deck was so peaceful. We spent a lot of time out there. Quick walk to the beach and very close to all the restaurants and shopping. It’s the perfect location. We will be back! Thank you!

Best Stay in Destin

We try to take a trip every year and this property was by far the best. It is so close to the beach and the balcony and porch area facing the lake is AMAZING! Every day you can wake up and watch ducks and turtles and pelicans outside. Easy check in process and we were checked in on. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place

The condo was nice and in a nice spot overlooking the pond. Not too far to the pool or beach. Also, was surprised to find out that our condo came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that is already set up on the beach!

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was amazing. The upper balcony and lower level covered porch with the lake view was so serene in the mornings and evenings. Turtles and ducks greeted us whenever we were outside!The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to texts. Towels were plentiful, beds and bedding were so comfortable, and there was plenty of room in every cabinet and closet to put all of our things. We also loved having the living/dining/kitchen upstairs separate from the bedrooms. We didn’t visit the tennis courts or the pool, but noticed others enjoying them. Both areas were in excellent condition with very nice, well maintained landscaping. The complex was very quiet and we loved the fact it had a “tucked away” feel. Beach access was a short couple minute walk and the young gentlemen setting up our beach chairs each day were very friendly and never hesitated to help us with our very heavy beach cart! We were at the beach from 4-5 hours each day and the crystal clear water was simply stunning. The sand was also pristine and my husband and I noted how our beach neighbors and the staff helped keep the beach area so clean, we rarely even saw a piece of trash anywhere. The value for the money for this property is excellent. We loved our stay and we will be back!

Had a wonderful fall break at this beautiful property 10/10. Host was very responsive and kind, the view was breathtaking, walking distance to a private beach with beach service. You get 2 chairs and umbrella for free but can purchase additional chairs and umbrellas if needed. We were amazed how close it was to everything! I mean EVERYTHING, excursion, restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. We hardly drove more than 10 min from the location. This was the most relaxing vacation. Thank you for making our family vacation special. If felt like being home away from home.

Perfect Fanily Beach getaway

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property in Destin! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the views were just breathtaking.One of our favorite parts was the close proximity to the beach—it was just a short walk away, and the water was crystal clear. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and family-friendly, which made our stay even more peaceful. We also loved how close we were to great restaurants, shops, and fun local attractions.The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience.We’re already dreaming about coming back next year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Destin!

Dirty. Seen and killed multiple roaches. Hair in bedding and bathroom. Overall dust accumulation on everything. Side of refrigerator had stains (that i cleaned off) and visible dirt/food on side by counter. Screen door knob broken. Also, please include better directions to find section we stayed in.

Everything was easy to check in There was everything we need at the house , plenty of of pool toys The only thing that we didn’t like was if you brought your own chairs your not allowed to set along the water in front of the chairs you have to rent You are pretty much forced to rent chairs if you want to set on /in water 48 per day for 2 chairs Everything else was fabulous The walk to beach only took 3 to 5 mins from our place

The townhouse could use a little updating but it was nice and clean. The bed in the master needs a new mattress for sure. The lakeview was nice and the balconies were huge. The beach was further away than I was expecting but not terribly far. We travel all the beaches and Destin is our favorite by far!

We absolutely loved the location!! Perfect walk to the beach! My little girl LOVED the turtles swimming! I left a very sentimental item and contacted them within a day it was mailed to me! Very nice and easy communication! We will definitely book with them again! 10/10 recommendations!

We had a wonderful experience at Southbay 61! The property itself was super quiet and away from the highway. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and turtles.
