We loved The Perch! Pam was extremely accommodating. A couple of health issues caused us to delay our trip twice, and Pam graciously worked with us to get rebooked. The house itself is lovely — spacious yet cozy, stocked with everything you need, and the yard was great for our pups. We had one issue during our stay, and not only did Pam address it promptly, but she also offered a discount on an extra night for our troubles. :)

The home was very spacious and inviting. It had just about everything you would need for a family! The back deck was wonderful with the addition of the hot tub. Our favorite part was the privacy of the downstairs and the really cozy fireplace. It is not far from any of the attractions or restaurants!

Property was very clean, roomy and a great deck and hot tub. Large fenced backyard with plenty of room for our 2 dogs. Conveniently located to down town. Great value.

Stayed here for 4 days and this was my favorite stay I a month long trip exploring Tennessee, Missouri and Arkansas. So quiet and the home (cabin) was wonderful. It was a pleasure to cook breakfast and dinner in a kitchen furnished with everything like home. Outside grill for steaks. All the confirts if home. Two great recliners in living area and beds so......... comfy. We are planning to come back nx year for maybe 2 weeks. Lots to see in the area. The host was great. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We didnt use the hot tub but property was definitely pet friendly. Large fenced yard that was perfect for dogs.

Our second stay here. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything needed. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Christmas tree in living room was a cozy touch. Close enough to do all the shopping and activities around town but located in nice quiet residential area. Thanks for sharing your home.

Absolutely beautiful, this house has everything, Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. I love that the refrigerator has an icemaker.A large wrap around deck, We really enjoyed sitting outside listening to the owls and stargazing.
