Come take a break in the mountains and enjoy the Blue Mtn House! A 2 bedroom, 1 bath house conveniently located in Mill Run; putting you minutes from ALL the action including Ohiopyle State Park, Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water, Seven Springs, Laurel Ridge XC Ski, the GAP trail & more!

Our Blue Mtn House is perfect for any adventure weekend, bring your family or come with your friends!

Are you a coffee lover? A fully stocked - self serve coffee bar will be the high light of your morning as your catch the sunrise; featuring our local favorites - Ohiopyle Coffee Roasters K-Cups & fresh beans from Standing Wave Coffee Roasters. Coffee bean grinder and French press provided. Need not forget our tea heads, a variety of tea is also available as well as an electric tea kettle.

Get cozy with this open concept and enjoy a game night at the dining room table or turn on a movie after a full day of adventures. With a fully stocked kitchen, you only need to show up with your groceries. For convenience, luggage racks are provided in each bedroom. Don't miss the activity corner in the 2nd bedroom, books and games provided!

The Blue Mtn House is conveniently located for you to have an action packed trip of adventures! Ohiopyle State Park (10 Minutes), Frank Lloyd Wright Falling Water House (8 Minutes), Laurel Ridge XC Ski Area (14 Minutes), Bear Run Nature Reserve (6 Minutes), Seven Springs (20 Minutes) Nemacolin & Lady Luck Casino (22 Minutes). Yogio Bear Campground is 2 minutes away and features a restaurant, outdoor water park, pools and laundromat.

Nice clean property

We were down to visit family in the area and stayed just for a night. It was spotless and easy to find. The only complaint would be the traffic that fliessss up the road and the house is pretty close to the road so having little kids there would not be feasible but the property was nice and beds were comfortable!!

Nice, cozy place near Falling Waters.

Although when you drive up to this property, you may panic that you will be staying in a double wide trailer literally a stone from the road, which you actually are, you will be surprised to find a nice cozy, two bedroom one bathroom nicely appointed place inside. I do wish the owners would make the outside more attractive so it is a more welcoming entryway, but having said that the inside is very nice and the location is perfect if you want to be near Falling Waters. I think the place needs a few more amenities like shampoo, bar soap, kitchen things like big bowls for salads or sides, like vegetables and a casserole dish or two. It would help also if they were things like some basics, oil vinegar, etc. Coasters and dish towels would be nice too.

A short vacation

We enjoyed the location and the cleanness of the house. However; only one bathroom at the house instead of 2 which caused a bit inconvenience for 4 older adults.

A gem in the parks

A quaint place to stay in the middle of the Pennsylvania park system. Falling watet was our main destination but really enjoyed Ohiopyle also. We had a great time

Clean, spacious, well-equipped rural cottage!

My cousin and I used this as our overnight accommodations while seeing the countryside and biking the GAP trail. We appreciated all the nice amenities provided, and the spotless cleanliness! We left a couple of constructive comments in the guest register book, and look forward to a possible return!

Perfect House for Exploring the Area

What a cute house in a great location! Recently renovated with open floor plan, clean, well appointed kitchen with washer and dryer. Quiet area with nice views, but within minutes of Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Ohiopyle. Host was amazing! We would love to come back again and further explore the area
