A beautiful stone cottage on ~1 acre of land less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Sprawl out with 1900+ sq feet, 3 bedrooms, a fire pit, gas grill, home gym, 80" OLED TV, home office, fenced in front yard, bright rooms, 2-car garage, and peaceful back porch!

Serene and comfortable living just minutes away from all of the best dining, drinking, and shopping in West Asheville / River Arts District / Downtown Asheville.
The space
Indoor:
Beautifully designed with new furniture and a minimalist/modern approach. 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 Queen-sized air mattress). Living/dining room is a large open space with L-shaped West Elm couch, 80" OLED TV, West Elm chair, West Elm dining table, fireplace (decorative only). The office upstairs has a leather couch, 60" TV, adjustable working desk/chair, and queen sized air mattress. Beautiful and Newly renovated bathroom with jack and jill sinks.

Outdoor:
Back porch is covered and fully furnished, perfect for relaxing nights out in the mountain air. Gas Grill, picnic table, and Fire pit with 4 wooden Adirondack chairs are all yours to enjoy! Ample firewood included in the garage.Watch for beautiful firefly displays in the summer months. Second garage off to the side of the house has been turned into a home gym.

Mud Room, Large open living/dining (dining room table, massive tv, l-shaped west elm couch, bluetooth soundbar), In-progress yet large and fully functional kitchen, master bedroom, guest bedroom, office / extra bedroom, basement (with washer/dryer), side porch off living room, large back porch with l-shaped patio couch and table, new bathroom, large fenced in front yard, large backyard (fire pit, grill, picnic tables, 2-car garage), 2nd garage that is now a home gym. Home gym includes bench, free weighs, row machine, medicine balls, kettle bells, jump rope, and pull-up/dip assists.
