Ideal for a shared group getaway, the space features two separately furnished apartments connected through a shared interior door. Each space comes fully updated and equipped for standalone modern comfort. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance and Historic River Street is just over a mile away. Tybee Island offers easy trips to the beach just 18 miles away. Enmarket Arena offers live music, sports, and special event entertainment within easy reach of home.

Each apartment comes complete with home essentials including a stainless steel full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi. A private washer/dryer in each suite provides even more convenience and flexibility. Smart TVs are equipped for casual home entertainment after the day's adventures. Bluetooth bathroom speakers come equipped for sing-along sessions in the shower.

Solid apartment for a group

This was further away from downtown than I originally expected, but that’s no problem. Ubers were easy enough to get. Having to apartments that connected was nice. The only awkward part is that there is a camera and the main hallway to the doors that connect the apartments so if you leave the apartment doors open to go back-and-forth, the camera can hear, everything. But they were really nice and reset the Wi-Fi when we needed it! I would definitely stay with them again and the management.

Very Clean

We were there for a Dance Convention.So we were only there at night.We had no problems.But the area was a little shady.They have a elevator seat that would have been very nice if it worked.Lot of stairs forsaking up luggage.

Friends vaca

overall amenities were great. Kitchen table has a bad leg and bar chair needs tightened. Lots of stairs to climb carrying luggage. A little concern about our cars overnight due to surrounding neighborhood

Great property

The property is close to a lot of fun things in Savannah. The check-in process was not good but the apartments were fantastic. The property was recently renovated and I would highly, highly recommend staying at this property if you have several families staying together. These apartments were extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable. Ample parking on the street and behind the building.
